Einfaches Einfügen von Dokumenten. Einfaches Archivieren. Klare Links werden verschickt und jeder der unterschreibt bekommt das signierte Dokument automatisch History etc.

What did you not like?

Warum sind die Banken noch nicht dabei? Da läuft alles noch via Handunterschrift und Briefmarken... und dann nochmals... etc.. zumindest für Kontoeröffnungen? ... Wenn man vergisst die Unterschrift zu plazieren, dann erscheint es nur elektronisch, aber auf dem Ausdruck fehlt es. Und in Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Firmen wäre ein QR-Code @Unterschrift sehr gut und "reinforcing"....

Teilweise wünsche ich mir mehr Übersicht über laufende Signaturprozesse. Gerade wenn mehrere Verträge gleichzeitig rausgehen, wäre ein übersichtlicheres Dashboard hilfreich. Daher nicht die volle Punktzahl für die Bewertung.

user-friendly platform that makes you save time as you can reach people from anywhere. Possibility to have several degrees of legal signature

That if you have a mistake while charging a document you have to restart withdrawing it. it should have the possibility to be legally recognized also overseas not only in Switzerland and Europe

It's a simple tool and quite user-friendly. I started from scratch and learn to use it very quickly. In a summary, it's simple and easy tool.

What did you not like?

For documents I signed, maybe you could add more features such as displaying it in a different way say by name, by date or by format.

What did you like?

Useful way of digitalization and bridging geological distances. The easy usage of the digital signiture process provided by Skribble. The traceability service (email) is really useful too.

What did you not like?

The addressing of the proper signiture level would be better to be more obvious. Also to place the signure to the correct position should be more obviously described during the process. I recommend a slight learning video to attach.

Signiture and operation is 1000km in distance. The bridge is Skribble.

Skribble is easy to use. It allows for fast interactions with peers which are not based in the same location. The feedback loop is quick and I can directly access the document via e-mail.

What did you not like?

Not much to improve from my side. Handling is still work in progress, initial set up is a bit burdensome by identifying via Swisscom

Alle Verträge die man unterschrieben hat sind an einem Ort gesammelt. Bei uns in der Organisation ist der Drive ein Riesen Chaos, daher ist das sehr praktisch.

Easy setup, the possibility to upload your own manual signature for more personnalisation, the email notifications. It really takes you by the hand.

What did you not like?

that it opens one extra tab when you have to sign a document, that you need to manually close when you're finished to sign. A simple splash screen on the current tab would have been enough.But that's minor cosmetics.

I can now sign all my co-workers timesheets wherever I am (home office for example), I don't need to print, sign, scan again,and send to my co-workers.
