Ein Dokument zu unterschreiben geht in sehr wenigen Schritten, die Nutzung ist somit einfach und unkompliziert. Mit ein paar wenigen Klicks kann ich eine Scribble Anfrage wieder zurück ziehen falls ich doch noch was anpassen muss. Die Übersicht der offenen Scribble Anfragen ist einfach gehalten und übersichtlich. Die Benutzeroberfläche von Scribble ist ansprechend und benutzerfreundlich.

Eine Unterschrift einholen geht schnell und einfach. Ein Dokument mit Scribble signiert sieht schöner aus, als ein Hand signiertes welches wieder eingescannt wurde. Scribble Dokumente haben eine tiefere Speichergrösse als eingescannte. Ich kann von überall schnell und einfach eine Unterschrift einholen.

Der Zeichnungsvorgang ist sehr intuitiv und schnell erledigt. Zudem handelt es sich hierbei um einen Schweizer Service, was aktuell definitiv sympathischer als jeglicher US-amerikanischer Service ist.

What did you not like?

Wir hatten teilweise Situationen, wo der Service im funktionalen Bereich nicht immer fehlerlos war. Womöglich hat Skribble den Entwicklungs zu Testing zu Prodkutions-Prozess nicht vollends im Griff. Zudem fehlen im Admin Bereich doch wesentliche Funktionen zur Statistisch und Auswertung.

Der komplette Vertragsprozess kann mit Skribble bis zur Zeichnung digitalisiert werden. Dies ist effizient, schnell und ökologisch, da es jegliches Papier eliminiert.

Die Benutzung ist sehr einfach und die Signatur von Dokumenten geht sehr schnell. Es ist auch sehr hilfreich, dass man die "Rechtssicherheit" einer Signatur auswählen kann und damit sowohl einfachere wie auch rechtlich anspruchsvollere Dokumente signieren kann.

Wenn man eine große Anzahl an Dokumenten zu signieren hat, dann kann es lang dauern, bis man manuell für jedes Dokument eine SMS erhalten hat. Da würde ein Bulk-Prozess helfen.

Ich signiere quasi nichts mehr physisch, sondern nutze immer Skribble.

Für eine noch bessere Übersicht der offenen Signaturen wäre es hilfreich, wenn man die Dokumente in Unterordner verschieben könnte (nach Projekten Ordner anlegen, etc.).

Wir signieren damit vor allem Werkverträge, welche sonst immer mehrfach gedruckt werden und durch die halbe Schweiz verschickt werden mussten. Für uns ist die Funktion mit der Signaturreihenfolge wichtig und wird stark genutzt.

Skribble makes electronic signature practical without a complicated setup. Its use is simple enough so I can invite external customers or partners without fear of overburdening them.

What did you not like?

Nothing. Skribble works fine for me. I don’t need it very often, but when I do, it’s there. All I need to remember is the URL.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The problem of printing, snail mailing, and scanning documents when I need a signature. With Skribble, getting and archiving it is a matter of two minutes.

Easy to use, secure sign-in. That offers also qualified signatures QES - though Mobil ID. Brings a lot of efficiency in signing legal documents, where QES is necessary. Provides also a good archive of signed documents.

Setting up the QES needs authentification with a local partner, in Switzerland ist was Swisscom where i authenticated my passport.

The process of verification for the highest level of digital signature is a bit inconvenient, as it requires organizing an appointment. For other services (e.g., bank account), this can be done easily online.

It's easy to use and offers a fair price. Compared to the market leaders, it's much cheaper, but I haven't seen where it offers less. To summarize, it offers everything you need to sign online, like docusign, but with a pricing model that is much more suitable for startups.

What did you not like?

The only thing I don't like so much is that after signing, only a small electronic signature is visible at the end of the document. This could be a bit more popular, with echosign, for example, the whole document is marked as signed and you can see the signature on every single page.

Just signing day-to-day documents online that need to be e-signed.

Skribble.ch has been the earliest available QES signature tool that was a pleasure to use. They kept the product great and improved it further over the past years. We checked alternatives but decided to stay with Skribble.ch. It's absolutely recommended and with the Skribble.ch team all the best!

For individuals, the recurring monthly fee is a barrier to adoption. Especially, if they sign something rarely and for non-business purposes.

Skribble offers at the same time a fully legally valid Swiss qualified electronic signature compliant with ZertES and a fully legally valid Swiss qualified electronic signature compliant with the EU eIDAS regulation. Skribble offers a remote signature service meaning that you do not have access to your certificate but that Skribble is signing for you. Remote signatures can be more convenient in the setup and do not require special hardware. However, large volumes of remote signatures are usually more expensive than local signatures (see below).

What did you not like?

In the meantime Skribble changed its pricing. Before, occasional usage was free. Now, there is a minimum price of 36 CHF per month for creating qualified electronic signatures (QES). QES are only availbe in the pro pricing. Even for heavy users this is expensive, because this includes only 120 QES per year. More QES come at an additional price. For example, the Estonian e-residency costs only 100€ per 5 years and offers the creation of unlimited qualified electronic signatures.

The interface is clearly structured and intuitive, and the prices are reasonable. Also, the different tiers of validity strength offer flexibility for different purposes. Moreover, I appreciate that a Swiss company offers this service for German citizens, as there are no or only limited capabilities to sign documents electronically with our national ID.

What did you not like?

The new method for registering for the highest tier of validity strength was a bit complicated – separate app, took a while to register, separate fee. Otherwise, the Skribble services are easy to use and work smoothly.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I have clients in countries that use electronic signature as a default, which is not the case in Germany, where I operate. Skribble was an easy solution to this problem and offers the same validity as an electronic signature with ID card.

Es überzeugt durch seine einfaches Interface und schönes Design, die das digitale Signieren von Dokumenten effizient und sicher macht.

What did you not like?

Die Mechanik dahinter sollte transparenter gestaltet werden. Es ist nicht ganz klar warum diese Signatur gültig ist wie sie ist. Auch ob internationale Kunden mit internationalen Handynummern diese Option auch nutzen können.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Verträge zu versenden ist meist aufwendig, vor allem ins Ausland. Oft klappt es dann meist nicht wie gewünscht oder eine Signatur wird vergessen trotz den grossen gelben Pfeilen. Mit Skribble geht alles viel schneller.

Der einzige Nachteil von Skribble ist die Abhängigkeit von Internetverbindungen, da die Plattform online betrieben wird.

Es ermöglicht uns, Dokumente schnell und sicher elektronisch zu unterzeichnen, was Zeit und Papier spart. Gute und selbsterklärende Benutzeroberfläche. Die Mitarbeiter helfen sehr freundlich bei Problemen. Gut ist, dass man nicht auf FAQ und Automaten angewiesen ist.

What did you not like?

Etwas umständlich ist, dass die Autentifizierung über eine weitere Plattform läuft.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Ich benutze Skribble für die "qualifizierte elektronische Signatur", die teilweise beim Upload von Bauantragsunterlagen erforderlich ist.

Skribble ist einfach einzuführen. Unterzeichner können einfach zum Unterschreiben eingeladen werden. Übersichtlich und die Dokumente können sehr einfach gefunden werden.

What did you not like?

Bei bereits unterschriebenen Dokumenten kann problemlos eine neue Unterschrift hinzgefügt werden. Auch eingesannte PDF-Dokumente können elektronisch unterschrieben werden.

What did you like?

Einfache, selbsterklärende Nutzung und sehr gut in den täglichen Büroablauf zu integrieren. Im Vergleich zu anderen (deutschen) Signaturanbietern unkompliziert in der Vertragsabwicklung. Gut ist das gestaffelte Signaturenangebot.

What did you not like?

Die Einbindung in Anwendungen wie Teams oder google workspace hat bisher nicht funktioniert. Hier wäre ein besser Onlinehilfe gut, um überhaupt herauszufinden, welche Funktionen bei welchem Lizenzmodell funktionieren.

Einsatz zur Gegenzeichnung des nachweislichen Erhalts von Dokumenten.

Toller und einfacher Prozess, sehr unkompliziert in der Handhabung. Teams können einfach eingerichtet werden, Dokumente sind unglaublich schnell visiert und verarbeitet.

What did you not like?

Bezahlmodell: Nur einmal jährlich kündbar. Zudem scheint es ein Problem mit dem Sichern des Passworts oder dem "eingeloggt bleiben" zu geben. Ich muss mich jeden Tag von neuem anmelden.

Kontour Design Studio GmbH verwendet den Service seit ca. 2 Jahren – wir sind vom Handling bzw. von der easy UX begeistert. Skribble unterstützt massgeblich und auf dem Weg zum papierfreien Büro!

What did you not like?

Der Login Prozess ist etwas unhandlich. Passwort-Abfragen werden zum Teil doppelt durchgeführt, was sich sicherlich irgendwie abstellen liesse.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Unnötige manuelle Aufwände (ausdrucken, unterschreiben, einscannen, Postversand) werden komplett obsolet.
