Aus meiner Sicht gibt es am Handling nichts auszusetzen. Die Oberfläche soll so belassen werden wie sie ist.

Ich schätze es, dass ich mit nur wenigen Klicks unterschreiben kann, ohne Installation oder Download. Ich kann überall signieren und finde es hervorragend, dass ich die unterschriebenen Varianten als PDF per E-Mail erhalte.

Ich habe Rückmeldungen von verschiedenen Lieferanten erhalten, die sich bei Skribble registriert haben. Obwohl sie ein Jahr später Verträge unterschreiben konnten, mussten sie häufig erneut zu einem Swisscom-Laden gehen, da die Verträge nicht mehr über Skribble bearbeitet werden konnten. Von meiner Seite ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich eine Zeit zwar die E-Mails über vollständig unterschriebene Verträge erhalten habe, jedoch ohne die entsprechenden PDFs. Später habe ich die PDFs dann wieder erhalten. Zudem haben wir kürzlich festgestellt, dass Skribble keine E-Mails mehr versendet, sobald alle Unterschriften vorhanden sind. Die Probleme sind mittlerweile gelöst, jedoch wäre es hilfreich, bei zukünftigen Problemen eine Benachrichtigung zu erhalten, damit wir entsprechende Massnahmen ergreifen können.

Die digitale Unterschrift hat unsere Prozesse erheblich beschleunigt und effizienter gestaltet. Wir sparen nicht nur Kosten, da der Druck und der Postversand entfallen, sondern profitieren auch von der rechtlichen Gültigkeit der Unterschrift gemäss Schweizer und EU-Recht.

Manchmal lädt die Seite etwas langsam, was nerven kann, wenn es schnell gehen muss. Ich fände es auch cool, wenn es mehr Integrationen mit anderen Tools gäbe. Ein paar mehr Anpassungsmöglichkeiten wären auch nicht schlecht.

Using geographically restricted identification platforms can be a challenging and frustrating experience. A service provider in Switzerland asked me to try multiple signing platforms for an important document, but none were successful. However, Skribble proved to be incredibly helpful. Their team was responsive, supportive, and guided me through the process until I was finally able to sign via QES. I truly appreciate their efficiency and excellent customer service.

What did you not like?

An incredible platform—I have no complaints at all. Everything worked smoothly and I have no issues.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I needed to sign a document with a QES and complete the identification process first, but I struggled to move past the initial stage. I tried multiple certification platforms approved by Swiss authorities, and were not approved for my domicile. Skrible was working through but it too had a challenge of geographically restricted credit card payment. When I sent my inquiry, they sent me a link for a video identification process that ultimately provided a solution. Thanks to Skribble, I was finally able to complete my identification and successfully sign the document—problem solved!

Der Zeichnungsvorgang ist sehr intuitiv und schnell erledigt. Zudem handelt es sich hierbei um einen Schweizer Service, was aktuell definitiv sympathischer als jeglicher US-amerikanischer Service ist.

Wir hatten teilweise Situationen, wo der Service im funktionalen Bereich nicht immer fehlerlos war. Womöglich hat Skribble den Entwicklungs zu Testing zu Prodkutions-Prozess nicht vollends im Griff. Zudem fehlen im Admin Bereich doch wesentliche Funktionen zur Statistisch und Auswertung.

Die Benutzung ist sehr einfach und die Signatur von Dokumenten geht sehr schnell. Es ist auch sehr hilfreich, dass man die "Rechtssicherheit" einer Signatur auswählen kann und damit sowohl einfachere wie auch rechtlich anspruchsvollere Dokumente signieren kann.

Wenn man eine große Anzahl an Dokumenten zu signieren hat, dann kann es lang dauern, bis man manuell für jedes Dokument eine SMS erhalten hat. Da würde ein Bulk-Prozess helfen.

Skribble ist einfach und rechtssicher. Gerade für KMU bietet Skribble viele Vorteile, da das Bezahlmodell fair und einfach ist. Rechtssicher signierte PDF-Dokumente zu erstellen war nie so einfach!

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was mir an Skribble nicht gefällt. Ich kann den Dienst wärmstens empfehlen.

Vielen meiner Kollegen im IT-Bereich ist im Grunde - leider - nicht klar, welche Anforderungen man erfüllen muss, um rechtssicher signieren zu können. Skribble löst das - und eignet sich sogar für alle, die die Details eigentlich gar nicht verstehen 😉

What did you like?

Skribble makes electronic signature practical without a complicated setup. Its use is simple enough so I can invite external customers or partners without fear of overburdening them.

What did you not like?

Nothing. Skribble works fine for me. I don’t need it very often, but when I do, it’s there. All I need to remember is the URL.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The problem of printing, snail mailing, and scanning documents when I need a signature. With Skribble, getting and archiving it is a matter of two minutes.

Simple to use, straightforward, very few bugs, looks nice, quite reliable (I had only one outage in years of experiences)

What did you not like?

Pricing. Users signing a lot shall get a flat-fee pricing even for QES (which is mandatory for lawyers and submissions to courts).

It's easy and doesn't take up too much time. Everything can be treated very quickly and the fact that the gouvernment uses it is a nice plus when dealing with them...

What did you not like?

I can't really think of anything. This works for me just like it should and has done so for a long time...

It is very easy to use! I use it to sign digitally and my clients really love it. It adds professionalism to my work. Therefore it's so useful. As an artist selling my artworks internationally I sign the Certificates of Authenticity with Skribble. This adds trust to my clients. In summary Skribble is user friendly, it's professional and enhances trustworthiness.

What did you not like?

I have to admit that I really like everything. There is nothing I dislike. Skribble in my view is the industry leader.

What did you like?

Easy to use, secure sign-in. That offers also qualified signatures QES - though Mobil ID. Brings a lot of efficiency in signing legal documents, where QES is necessary. Provides also a good archive of signed documents.

What did you not like?

Setting up the QES needs authentification with a local partner, in Switzerland ist was Swisscom where i authenticated my passport.

Signing legal documents and contracts with a few clicks and mobile authentification

The platform is streamlined, elegantly guides users through the input process and, with this appearance, also helps those signatories who are not yet so confident in the digital world.

What did you not like?

So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Skribble. Hopefully, this product will prove itself on the market in the long term and continue to exist.

Usability, fast reaction and processing, easy to use, per usage subscription, fast authentication trough the mobile app after a transaction.

What did you not like?

price per usage without subscription as competitor are a bit cheaper, re-authenticate not needed in case of not use for a longer period

It's super simple to use and still is secure. Skribble continuously adds new features and offers all digital signature levels for fair prices.

What did you not like?

The process of verification for the highest level of digital signature is a bit inconvenient, as it requires organizing an appointment. For other services (e.g., bank account), this can be done easily online.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Using Skribble to let different parties sign a document is super simple. It's one file, will never be "printed, signed, and scanned," and even allows for setting the order of signatures.
