SimplyBook.me is an online booking system suitable for service-oriented industries that accept appointments. Companies receive a basic booking system and can then adapt the system to their needs by activating features that fit their business. Features include accepting payments, a waiting list, registration forms, selling products, soliciting tips, and much more. If a company already has a website, it can embed a "Book now" button on the website. However, if there is no website, SimplyBook.me provides a professional booking website, so customers can go online and book, change or cancel a booking themselves. Customers also receive a booking reminder via email or text message, reducing the number of no-shows. With the system, the users of the software can also connect to Facebook, Instagram or Google and add a "Book now" button to their business profiles. SimplyBook.me also offers an admin app, which allows managing bookings and accepting payments via Tap-to-Pay/Google/Apple Pay on the go. SimplyBook.me offers 24/5 live support.
