What is Reekruit?

Reekruit is an active sourcing platform and job board based on candidate recommendations. The platform is aimed at all companies that are looking for new colleagues and all professional networkers and recruiters who regularly speak with candidates. Recruiters and employment agents post anonymous and data protection compliant profiles of their candidates who are now open to job offers, making them accessible to everyone. This creates a whole new way of digitally searching other people's networks for candidates, as well as an alternative to the otherwise passive job boards, since here users actively receive candidate suggestions. The use of Reekruit is currently still free. A possible fee, which is only due upon recruitment, goes directly to the person who has hired the candidate.
