What did you like?
The unlimited transcription on the Business plan is fantastic! I can record all my client meetings without worrying about hitting limits. The AI summaries save me at least 2 hours weekly by extracting key action items automatically. The accuracy is impressive, even with technical vocabulary after customizing the dictionary.
What did you not like?
The 5-hour limit per conversation can be restrictive during all-day workshops. Also, the mobile app occasionally lags when processing longer recordings.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Notta eliminates the stress of manual note-taking during important meetings. I can focus entirely on conversations while it captures everything. The transcript translation feature helps me collaborate with international clients seamlessly, and exporting to our CRM keeps everything organized.
