What did you like?
Das Intranet kann sehr individuell gestaltet und an die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens angepasst werden. Der Kundensupport antwortet i.d.R. innerhalb weniger Stunden.
What did you not like?
Bei der Einführung neuer Module hakt es am Anfang oftmals noch. Glücklicherweise löst der Kundensupport die Probleme jedoch relativ schnell.

Wir nutzen mySyde zur Information und Kommunikation mit unseren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Hierbei erreichen wir auch jene, die keinen Bildschirmarbeitsplatz haben.

Das Intranet lässt sich einfach und intuitiv benutzen, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zur Individualisierung und es lässt sich perfekt an die eigenen Bedürfnisse der Firma anpassen.

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen, weder an dem Produkt noch an der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Dienstleister.

Wir nutzen das Intranet vor allem, um unsere Mitarbeiter vollumfänglich über Neuigkeiten und Entwicklungen zu informieren, auch unsere Außenstandorte besser zu erreichen und für interaktive Abfragen, bei denen sich unsere Mitarbeitenden einbringen können.

What did you like?
Intuitives Backend - nach der Schulung findet man sich super zurecht. Das System ist so aufgebaut, dass sich auch Nicht-IT´ler super einfach und schnell zurecht finden können. Alles in allem ein Rundes Produkt mit Milliarden an Ergänzungs- und Ausbaumöglichkeiten. Der Kundensupport ist 1A. Die Reaktionszeit ist super schnell und bis jetzt konnte jedes Problem gelöst werden.

Hier gibt es rein gar nichts zu berichten. :) Das Team ist super, reaktionsschnell und immer Lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dank :D

Mit der Lösung MySyde können wir einfach und unkompliziert unsere Idee von einem Intranet umsetzten, wir können unsere Mitarbeiter einbeziehen und so das Tool bestmöglich nutzen. Mit MySyde ist es möglich den Gruppengedanken in alle unsere Tochterfirmen zutragen und zu leben.
