I like that Lucidchart is easy and intuitive to use without having to watch a lot of explainer videos, I can just jump right in with creating my charts. I like that I drag and drop chart elements and use key commands as I would use in other software to move around, zoom in and out, undo/redo etc. And exporting in different formats is super useful.

I wish I could convert shapes into smart objects such as in Photoshop so that I can just update the parent smart object shape and then the changes are applied to all instances using that shape. Same for color, would be great to have a master color and I can update and it updates all it's instances globally. I also dislike the pricing for the software as I wish they has an even more affordable tier for students.

My main purpose was to create a flow chart for a Python app Iw as building so I can see the logic routes that the user could take. I need to see if I created a flow that is user friendly and makes the most sense..

Works offline! Even when traveling with spotty internet, I can continue work. That's where f.ex. Miro and Figma fall short. Lucidspark also has good usabilty, f.ex. easy post-its (press enter), it's really quick and easy to get a board set up and your thoughts down.

Lucid chart is an overall solution for charts, flow diagrams, PFDs, and PIDs. It has a vast library of tools from basics to engineering. I like the quality of the images you can download.

It has many features, but most are available only for premium accounts. The AI feature needs more upgrades.

Sometimes the loading speed can be a bit slow when working with very large diagrams. Also, some advanced features are only available in the paid version, which can be limiting for small teams or individual users.

With lucid chart I like the fact that there is a plethora of templates to choose from depending on what you want to create. The charts and the branching are alsso verastile. Color selection and combination is also super and if you want to use images and emojis you have a big pool to choose from. I like the fact that you have options for so many things

The only thing I dislike is the the limit you have with a free account. When I want to test something before pitching the idea to my company to invest there I need to at least finish the test project I am doing there so I can actually have something to show. Sadly it is very limiting with a free account

It's a flexible app that allows to create diagrams, mind-maps, organigrams. It's easy to group ideas by topic and in my experience it has low lag even if many users are working on the same document. It has a decent set of templates, that help us getting started and diversify applications. It integrates well with major ecosystems (Microsoft, Google, etc).

Design is fairly basic, so if you need documents with strong visual appeal you might need to resort to additional apps or workarounds to achieve a more visually elaborated final result.

How fast and direct-to-the-point it is to start creating diagrams. For me was useful for modelling an algorithm and provide it as a complementary material for a mobile application´s user story. Then it was possible to extract the diagram super fast and crop it to content so that it could be moved somewhere else easier.

I dislike that once you reach the limit of elements in a free version you are kind of fully blocked to keep enhancing your diagram. You can have multiple versions but until you don´t upgrade then you will be limited to do so. I also faced a problem losing the access to a diagram since it was redirecting me to the home page. The workaround was to duplicate the file and grant the accesses to the people I was collaborating with.

I am using it to describe better and faster some functionalities that need to be programmed, so that people in multiple departments of the team understand the logic and are on the same page.

So far I have not come across anything that I dislike about the software. The simple answer would be to say "pricing", but even that I think is well structured to suit your needs either as an individual or a business.

I originally discovered Lucidchart when looking for a new way to mindmap. I started using it for this, as found is very easy to take my thoughts, and turn them into processes and flow diagrams. Now the tool is helping me significantly with visual representation of ideas. I have not used it yet for collaboration, however I think this feature could be extremely useful.

Very user friendly, especially for beginners. You can create nice diagrams, organograms for your company, and in case you want to improve processes and workflows you can use Lucidchart to easily map it and identify pain points and points of improvement, all done in a very intuitive way (my experience at least). While it's a cloud based software it's still possible to use it offline. Prompts also for the integrations with other apps (e.g. Google Drive, Slack, Jira, etc).

Free version has limited features, and if you go for the paid versions it can become a bit pricey, if your teams are bigger. If you are working with more complex diagrams it can lag a bit, so take that into consideration.

I use it to create company organograms and to document processes (it helps to identify pain points and areas for improvements).

The possibility to almost fetch anything from anywhere to add to the grid.. photos, objects, and also shapes.. to make a floor plan felt like an open source.. still has limitations.. but worked wonderfully. Would love it to grow more in this regard. I have not tried charts though.

The fact the I cant rotate the whole grid was a big hassle.. some other simple features that I would expect were missing but everything works fine.. grid measurements were tricky to navigate and wenn exporting pdf of floor plans, items kept moving which makes the whole plan looks unprofessional.

Needed to draw a floor plan for our new warehouse and office.. It was great to actually visualize all of it and actually get the result expected.. but some things had to be navigated throughout with the missing features and some limitations. So there was some DYI with shapes and objects but that allowed some creativity to get in and take control. Not every app or website has to be perfect, it just has to allow us to figure it out, and Lucid allows just that,

Nice integration with other apps, easy to use (there is still a learning curve, at least if you want to use it for more complex tasks), paid team and enterprise plans allow you to add a password to protect your files for sharing.

Team and Enterprise plans get a bit expensive and the free version has several limitations (the other competitors don't limit so much the free version). It's missing some CAD-based features which can be needed for more complex diagrams.

I like the ability to make process charts and brainstorm ideas, so everybody in a team knows how the process should look like. Also the possiblity to comment is awesome.

It's hard to find downsides on this platform, but what I would warmly welcomed would be option to share the charts and the other person could add comments or edit even without signing up.

I use LucidChart primarily for creating seamless process charts that I can share with coleagues, so its easy for them to know what are the required steps of the process. Also for brainstorming and comparing edits on a website (2 screenshots next to each other and making comments about the changes.

The initial learning curve with the arrows, it sometimes attaches to different position then expected and you need to have some practice to be good at it.

Code documentation. I know it's very different than usual use case. Due to the complexity of the control flow of the tools we create, just a standard documentation is not enough. Lucid comes into the picture here to make visual control flow

Lucid offers a tool for open book thinking, flexibility that other softwares are creatively limited to provide, collaborative, visual, customisable - everything you need to visualise ideas, process and concepts that is scalable - for yourself or with others. I use it privately and professionally. UI and UX are both good and they continue to come up with unique and interesting features with a focus on collaboration.

There is nothing that I don't like per se. Perhaps that it's not as widely known as other brands. Maybe that there could be even more visually appealing templates.

I map up to do lists and tasks, research and design processes, plan timelines, I use is as a final product of design and feature benchmarking, share presentations, conduct workshops - so it helps me plan, explain things, present things, visualise things all in one place. I dont have to switch platform as its all there in one file.

Smooth experience and usefull features for collaboration. This comes in handy if you are online brainstorming. Also the UI is pretty intuitive since it doesnt stray far from the standard.

The selection of shapes and symbols is not very suitable for my usecase of making IT diagrams. The search function in there also could use some work.

Ich nutze Lucidchart vor allem für Prozessabläufe und Modellierungen von Workflows. Das klappt echt gut, da für BPMN oder UML direkt die einzelnen Elemente hinterlegt sind, und ich somit sie "nur" an die richtige Stelle manövrieren muss. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen einfachen Download Button, sodass man direkt das Diagramm herunterladen kann, für die weitere Verarbeitung. Der Collaborations-Modus ist ebenfalls sehr hilfreich.

Vom Preisleistungsverhältnis ist das Tool echt gut. Ich kann nichts nennen, was mir nicht gefällt. Lucidchart ist für mich das eine Tool, wenn es um Modellierungen geht. Hier kann man sich ganz auf die Prozesse konzentrieren und wird durch das intuitive Interface unterstützt.

Die einfache, und schnelle digitale Erstellung von Diagrammen und Prozessen. Das klappt mit Lucidchart echt gut und hilft total in den weiteren Abstimmungen und Ausarbeitungen mit der Software.

Man kann mithilfe des Tools gut zusammen brainstormen innerhalb von Zoom. Ich finde super, dass man sieht, wo sich die Maus der einzelnen Teilnehmer befindet und man so sieht, worüber die jeweilige Person gerade spricht. Man hat das brainstorming der Ideen + Notizen machen sozusagen in Zoom direkt vereint.

Die Software hakt manchmal zB wenn man andere verfolgt. Abstimmungsergebnisse werden nicht immer perfekt angezeigt und wenn viele Personen an dem Board arbeiten ist es irgendwann ein wirrwarr aus Mauszeigern, vielleicht könnte man irgendwas entwickeln, dass der der gerade spricht auch angezeigt wird oä

Das Tool ist sehr intuitiv, weshalb eigentlich jeder aus dem Team sofort damit arbeiten kann. Vorteil ist, dann man obwohl man digital über Zoom zusammenarbeitet, trotzdem zusammen an einem Board arbeiten kann wie in real life :) Geil dass heutzutage so eine Entwicklung in dem Bereich stattfindet! Hab eigentlich schon alles gesagt: Super zum brainstormen, einfach zu nutzen, erleichtert und bereichert das tägliche Arbeiten - sowohl in Teamcalls als auch Kundencalls

Lucidspark wirkt elegant gestaltet und benutzerfreundlich - die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv und bietet eine Vielzahl von Tools zur Visualisierung und Organisation von Ideen. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit, Mind Maps zu erstellen und Diagramme zu zeichnen, hat sich als äusserst nützlich erwiesen.

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Exportfunktionen erweitert werden, insbesondere die Möglichkeit, Daten in andere Formate wie Excel oder PowerPoint nahtlos zu exportieren. Dies würde die Integration von Lucidspark in bestehende Arbeitsabläufe erleichtern. Ein weiterer Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte, betrifft die Stabilität der Plattform. Gelegentlich sind wir auf kleinere technische Probleme gestossen, die uns Zeit gekostet haben.

Ideen visualisieren, Echtzeit-Kollaboration (Teams können in Echtzeit zusammenarbeiten, unabhängig von ihrem Standort). Und Brainstorming-Sessions erleichtern: Lucidspark bietet eine Plattform für kreative Brainstorming-Sitzungen.

Mit Lucidchart lassen sich alle möglichen Diagramme umsetzen. Das Tool bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten und vorallem eine große Palette an Vorlagen - so sind z.B. UML-Diagramme auch schnell gebaut. Das Userinterface ist so aufgebaut, dass man alles schnell und unkompliziert finden kann.

Werden die Diagramme größer so wirkt sich das auf die Leistung aus. Hier sollte noch dran gearbeitet werden.

Entwickeln von Diagrammen im Team. Einfaches und schnelles designen.

Mit Lucidspark können Teams zusammenarbeiten und brainstormen. Nachdem man sich eingearbeitet hat, kommt man ganz gut mit den Funktionen zurecht. Wir setzen das Tool insbesondere für verschiedene Abläufe ein, die intern stattfinden. Mithilfe von Lucidspark haben sämtliche Mitarbeiter die Möglichkeit, unabhängig davon, ob sie sich im Homeoffice befinden oder von einem anderen Ort aus arbeiten, gemeinsam an derselben Pinnwand live zusammenzuarbeiten und ihre Ideen einzubringen. Besonders schätze ich daran, dass diese Zusammenarbeit in Echtzeit erfolgt und ich direkt verfolgen kann, welche Beiträge meine Kollegen in das Tool einbringen. Zusätzlich ist die Struktur des Tools äußerst klar und es bedarf keinerlei Einarbeitung.

Andere Tools sind in diesem Bereich deutlich stärker. Ich finde Lucidspark nicht so intuitiv wie andere Tools und würde mir mehr Vorlagen und andere Funktionen wünschen. Gelegentlich gestaltet sich die Textbearbeitung als verwirrend, insbesondere wenn man versucht, unterschiedliche Schriftarten, Untertitel und Formen anzupassen.

Mit Lucidspark werden Remote- und Hybrid-Meetings effizienter. Ich kann ich verschiedene Ideen einfach und übersichtlich präsentieren, so dass sie zeitnah Entscheidungen treffen können. Außerdem werden Meetings dadurch aufgelockert, dass man einen Kommentar, ein Emoji und GIFs hinzuzufügen kann.

Lucidchart ist eine großartige Plattform für Prozessmanagement, die leicht zu bedienen ist und hält, was sie verspricht. Ich habe festgestellt, dass es sogar für kompliziertere Prozesse optimal geeignet ist. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist so gestaltet, dass man schnell einen Flow hinein bekommt und somit effizienter arbeiten kann. Es ist für mich im Prozessmanagement nicht wegzudenken und ich empfehle es jedem, der eine zuverlässige und benutzerfreundliche Plattform für Prozessmanagement benötigt. Die Fähigkeit von Lucidchart, komplexe Abläufe einfach darzustellen und zu organisieren, hat meine Arbeit wesentlich vereinfacht und mir geholfen, schnell und effektiv Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Manchmal findet man sich doch etwas schlechter zurecht, da die Menüstruktur m.e. etwas veraltet ist. Alles in allem aber kein Problem, deswegen kann ich das Tool in jedem Fall empfehlen.

Mittlerweile visualisiere ich mit Lucidchart fast alles, vor allem aber Prozesse, aber auch ganze Grundrisse etc. Ich habe mit Lucidchart schon so einige Prozesse ins Leben gerufen, die immer noch bei uns aktuell sind. Klarster Vorteil für mich ist jedoch, dass alles an einem Ort ist.

Lucidchart ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Ich habe damals als ich angefangen habe mit Lucidchart zu arbeiten keine wirkliche Einarbeitung gebraucht, da alles wirklich einfach ist. Natürlich muss man sich vorher Gedanken darüber machen, wie man Sein Diagramm/Organigramm aufbauen und visuell darstellen möchte, allerdings gibt Lucidchart da viele Tipps. Durch die Möglichkeit alles einzeln zu konfigurieren (Nach Farbe und Co) bleibt alles unabhängig von der Größe übersichtlich und nachvollziehbar.

Tatsächlich habe ich an diesem Tool keinerlei Kritik. Es macht genau was was es soll. Vielleicht als Kleinigkeit: wenn man etwas kopiert/dupliziert ist es nicht exakt von der Position her und das Layout könnte etwas moderner sein.

Wir haben so Strukturen geplant und festgehalten, die so für alle nachvollziehbar waren. So werden Komplexe Organigramme und Strukturen einfach und übersichtlich dargestellt.

Ich bin kein Profi wenn es um Prozesse geht und es gibt wahrscheinlich Tools nur dafür. Aber ich nutze Lucidspark fast ausschließlich dafür. Das Interface ist simpel und nicht überladen. Teilen ist einfach. Man kann auf eine Vielzahl von vorgefertigten Formen zugreifen und diese einfach per Maus miteinander verbinden. Auch Entscheidungsbäume lassen sich so super schneller erstellen. Die Elemente orientieren sich an einem Raster, so dass man alles geordnet untereinander oder nebeneinander darstellen kann.

Bei größeren Diagrammen wird es manchmal schwerfällig und es nicht super einfach die richtige Box auszuwählen.

Nutze es um Prozesse darzustellen (z.B. Lead Flow)

Mit Lucidchart lassen sich komplexe Prozesse sehr einfach und übersichtlich darstellen. Es ist super schnell und intuitiv Diagramme wie z.B. Flowcharts zu erstellen. Dank der Collaboration Features kann man auch super einfach mit Kollegen an den Diagrammen gleichzeitig arbeiten

Das einzige, was mir nicht mehr mega gut gefällt, ist die optische Oberfläche von in der man bei Lucidchart arbeitet. Hier wäre ein Update der Designs und Struktur mal wünschenswert.

Mit Lucidchart können wir komplexe Arbeitsabläufe, wie z.B. Workflows innerhalb von Teams veranschaulichen. Diese lassen sich dann einfach zwischen den Teammitgliedern verteilen und auch zukünftig leicht abändern.

LucidChart ist sehr einfach in der Anwendung. Ich habe mich auf anhieb super zurecht gefunden und brauchte quasi keine Einarbeitungszeit. Es gibt wahnsinnig viele Möglichkeiten seine Prozesse, Diagramme oder Mind Maps zu erstellen. Was mir auch gut gefällt ist die Arbeit im Team. Oft kommt es vor das wird LucidChart als Mind Map nutzen und während eines Meetings gemeinsam daran arbeiten.

Leider ist es so das die Perfomance nach einiger Zeit etwas leidet. Je größer die Diagramme werden, desto langsamer wird das Tool. Das kann mitunter ganz schön tröge und mühsam werden.

Mit LucidChart lassen sich sehr schnell und einfach ansehnliche Prozesse darstellen, welche sich dann ganz einfach in viele Dateiformate exportieren lassen. Da ich häufig Prozesse als Bild z.B. für unsere Website benötige, ist dies eine sehr hilfreiche Funktion.

Allgemeine sehr gute Benutzererfahrung und eine sehr einfach gehaltene User Interface. Die LucidChart-Funktionen sind leicht zu erlernen, zudem punktet die synchronisierbare Web-App, die auch offline funktioniert. Reichhaltige Objektbibliotheken und Vorlagen sorgen für einen schnellen Aufbau von Charts mit Prozessvisualisierungen, Moodboards, etc.

Vorlagenübersicht eher schwach bzw. zu viele unattraktive Templates, die teilweise zu komplex sind oder die man schlicht und einfach in einem normalen kreativen Betrieb nicht braucht.

LucidChart ist ideal für die Visualisierung von Prozessen oder Workflows. Gegenüber Powerpoint oder Excel sind solche Diagramming-Tools viel einfach zu erlernen und verwenden. Man ist wirklich schnell drin und hat praktische alle Möglichkeiten offen, um ein Konzept, Thema, Prozess ins ein Flowchart zu übersetzen.

Die Nutzung ist einfach und unkompliziert. Zeitgleiches Bearbeiten von Dokumenten ist kein Problem bei Lucidcharts. Viele kostenfrei gute Vorlagen stehen zur Verfügung. Webbasiert und viele Integrations Möglichkeiten.Gemeinsames Arbeiten an dem selben Dokument problemlos möglich.

Der Preis :( - eine Preisstaffelung mit verschiedenen Funktionsumfängen wäre klasse

Vorteil : Webbasiert daher auch bei verschiedenen Standorten der Team Mitglieder nutzbar. Wir nutzen es gerne intern für Brainstorming. Mit Lucidcharts lassen sich so auch umfangreiche Themen gut bearbeiten. Gute Prozessdokumentation – einfach Erstellung von Grafiken

Lucidspark ist ein online Whiteboard-Tool, welches uns im Team ermöglicht, miteinander zu brainstormen, auch wenn ein Großteil grade nicht im Büro ist. Mir gefällt am besten, dass das Board immer sehr strukturiert aussieht und man just in time sieht, wer an welcher Idee grade arbeitet. Jeder Cursor hat ein kleines Namensschild. Auch eine tolle Idee ist, dass man im Board "Likes" für andere Ideen verteilen kann. So erspart man sich eine Abstimm-Funktion.

Das einzige, was mich an den Boards in Lucidspark stört ist die Tatsache, dass diese sich nicht für wirklich große Projekte eignen. Hier wird es mir zu schnell zu kleinteilig und unübersichtlich. Beschränkt sich ein Board in Lesegröße auf den Desktop, ist alles in Ordnung. Muss man aber erst reinzoomen und sich verschiedene Sachen durch scrollen ansehen, würde ich eher andere Tools bevorzugen, die diese Ansicht besser lösen.

Wie erwähnt nutzen wir Lucidspark für das Brainstorming im Team und die Ideenfindung. Der größte Vorteil ist, dass man gemeinsam an einem Board arbeiten kann und alle Änderungen von Kollegen direkt ansehen kann. Die "Gefällt mir" Funktion gefällt mir persönlich besonders gut, weil es eine Umfrage erspart und man so direkt abstimmen kann, welche Idee die beste ist.
