Wir nutzen Lucidspark hauptsächlich um intern in unserer Agentur zu brainstormen. Das machen wir hauptsächlich zu unterschiedlichen Prozessen die intern ablaufen. Mit Lucidspark können all unsere Mitarbeiter, egal ob im Homeoffice oder von irgendwo anders unterwegs aus an ein und demselben Board live zusammen mitarbeiten und ihre Ideen einbringen. Am besten gefällt mir, dass dies wirklich live geschieht und ich sehen kann, was meine Kollegen just in time in dem Tool eintragen. Zudem ist das Tool sehr übersichtlich und es erfordert keinerlei Einarbeitung.
What did you not like?
Was mir an dem Tool nicht gefällt ist der Fakt, dass es bei zu vielen Nutzern die in derselben Zeit am selben Board arbeiten einfach sehr unübersichtlich wird. Ungefähr ab 15 bis 20 Nutzern die in einem Board arbeiten sieht man nur noch ein Gewimmel an Cursorn und alle Leute verschieben gefühlt die digitalen Notizzettel und schreiben Dinge auf das Board. Das kann sehr schnell zu Verwirrung führen und einfach unübersichtlich sein. Ich würde empfehlen, dass Tool etwas übersichtlicher zu gestalten und vielleicht die Cursoranzahl auf maximal 10 Cursor zu reduzieren.

Wie erwähnt nutzen wir Lucidspark hauptsächlich um gemeinsam an internen Prozessen zu feilen und zu brainstormen. Allerdings haben wir Lucidspark auch schon häufiger bei Kundenmeetings eingesetzt, um an neuen Kampagnen oder Ideen für neue Produkte mit den Kunden zusammen zu brainstormen. Bei den Kunden kam der Einsatz des Tools immer sehr gut an und alle haben gerne miteinander indem in dem Tool gearbeitet. Es entsteht auch eine große Wertschätzung, wenn man den Kunden aktiv mitarbeiten lässt.

What did you like?
Lucidchart has many features for diagrams including flow charts. The fonts are different from the regular ones and are professional. Even without the premium membership, one can access more features when compared to other tools out there. Would totally recommend Lucidchart to someone looking for easy drag and drop options with existing templates.
What did you not like?
Considering the fact that I don't have premium membership, I haven't come across something that I did not like so far.

Die umfangreiche Bibliothek von vorgefertigten Shapes und Vorlagen für verschiedene Diagrammtypen spart enorm viel Zeit und inspiriert zu neuen Ideen.
Die Echtzeit-Zusammenarbeitsfunktion ermöglicht es Teams, gleichzeitig an einem Projekt zu arbeiten, was die Produktivität erheblich steigert und die Kommunikation verbessert.

Die Preisstruktur kann für Einzelnutzer oder kleine Teams recht kostspielig sein, besonders wenn man nur gelegentlich Diagramme erstellt - ein flexibleres Preismodell wäre wünschenswert.
Obwohl die Grundfunktionen leicht zu erlernen sind, kann es eine steile Lernkurve geben, wenn man fortgeschrittene Funktionen nutzen möchte, hier wären mehr integrierte Tutorials hilfreich.

Auch wenn es etwas Zeit braucht, um sich daran zu gewöhnen, ist Lucidspark das beste digitale Whiteboard für die Zusammenarbeit, weil es einfach zu bedienen ist und viele Funktionen hat, die andere digitale Whiteboards nicht haben. So kannst du zum Beispiel neue Inhalte hinzufügen, Feedback erhalten und Anpassungen am Board vornehmen. Und wenn du in einem Team arbeitest, kannst du die Pläne und Ideen anderer Teammitglieder importieren. Lucid verfügt auch über eine Rechtschreibprüfung die sehr hilfreich ist und es ist einfach Arbeitsbereiche zu unterteilen, damit jeder weiß, wofür er zuständig ist.

Manchmal kann die Textbearbeitung unübersichtlich sein, vor allem wenn man versucht verschiedene Schriftarten, Untertitel und Formen zu ändern. Die Suche nach Vorlagen könnte noch besser gestaltet werden. Ein schneller Zugriff auf Vorlagen oder eine Funktion, um die Art der von verschiedenen Nutzern verwendeten Vorlagen zu speichern, wäre toll.

Mit Lucidspark kann ich meinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen verschiedene Kampagnenoptionen einfach und übersichtlich präsentieren, so dass sie zeitnah Entscheidungen treffen können. Die Möglichkeit, Entscheidungen schnell zu treffen und umzusetzen ist ein großer Wettbewerbsvorteil in der Marketingbranche. Dazu macht es halt einfach Spaß einen Kommentar, ein Emoji und GIFs hinzuzufügen. Es ist ein leistungsfähiges und praktisches Tool für die Organisation von Meetings und die Zusammenarbeit an Projekten

Meine zwei liebsten Dinge an Lucidspark:
1.) Es ist super einfach, den Einstieg zu finden und einfach zu bedienen. Es gibt Tutorials für alles, wenn man sie braucht, aber es ist sehr intuitiv und ich musste keine Tutorials lesen um das Tool effektiv nutzen zu können.
2.) Lucidspark funktionierte sofort mit meinem digitalen Eingabestift. Ich hatte einige Probleme mit der Integration von anderen digitalen Whiteboard-Tools. Aber Lucidspark war im Wesentlichen "Plug & Play", was großartig ist.
What did you not like?
Mehr Schriftartenoptionen wären wünschenswert, die Standardoptionen gefallen mir nicht so. Ich wünsche mir auch eine größere Auswahl an Symbolen, Stilen und Designs für die Verwendung auf dem Whiteboard. Der Anmeldeprozess ist sehr langsam und manchmal auch sehr mühsam.

Die Teamzusammenarbeit in Lucidspark ist extrem nahtlos. Dieses Tool ist ein Muss für Unternehmen und Teams, die eine Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Mitgliedern benötigen. Durch die Möglichkeit, das Tool über den Browser zu bedienen, ist es für neue Teammitglieder sehr einfach und intuitiv zu erlernen. Lucidspark bietet auch viele vordefinierte Vorlagen, die die Arbeit für Personen die an verschiedenen Dokumenten arbeiten erleichtern. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Tool.

Lucidspark ist ein einfaches Whiteboard, in dem man sich schnell zurecht findet und ohne viel Einarbeitung darin arbeiten kann. Gerne genutzt wird es von mir für Brainstormings in Kundenterminen, bei denen man neue Ansätze für Projekte entwickeln möchte. Da es ein Onlinetool ist, kann jeder von zu Hause aus live daran mitarbeiten.

Es gibt leider einige Dinge, die mir an dem Tool nicht so gut gefallen. Als erstes wird es meiner Meinung nach ab einer bestimmten Projektgröße bzw. Boardgröße irgendwann unübersichtlich. Man muss ranzoomen, rauszoomen und Dinge verschieben, was keinen Spaß mehr macht, wenn es zu groß ist. Zudem kann es schnell mal ins Ruckeln kommen, wenn einfach zu viele Nutzer zu viele Dinge gleichzeitig in dem Board bearbeiten.

Ich nutze Lucidspark wie erwähnt hauptsächlich zur Ideenfindung in Kundenmeetings. Grade in der jetzigen Zeit wo viele Personen im Homeoffice sind, kann man dennoch zusammen in einem Meeting an einem Board arbeiten und seine Ideen gemeinsam aufschreiben und zusammen bringen. Dahingehend finde ich Lucidspark sehr gut und sinnvoll.

What did you like?
Mir gefällt an Lucidchart, dass sich Workflows und Prozesse so einfach und schnell darstellen lassen. Selbst Anfänger kommen super mit dem Tool zurecht und benötigen nahezu keine Einarbeitung. Durch die verschiedenen Farben und Darstellungsmöglichkeiten wirken selbst komplexe Prozesse immer noch verständlich und übersichtlich. Zudem lassen sich saubere und schnelle PDF-Exporte erstellen, egal wie groß die Leinwand letztendlich ist.
What did you not like?
Die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, zum Beispiel gibt es bislang keine Gantt-Diagramme, die wir aber sehr häufig nutzen. Auch wird das Tool irgendwann sehr träge und langsam, je größer die Diagramme werden. Das schafft mein alter PC zum Beispiel nicht immer gut. Wenn man ein großes Prozessdiagramm öffnen möchte, braucht man auch hier Geduld. Die Ladezeiten könnten deutlich besser sein.

Ich nutze das Tool, um interne und externe Prozesse und Abläufe darzustellen. Bei uns war zuerst Lucidspark im Einsatz und LucidChart wurde anschließend ergänzt. Beide Tools sind bei uns fast täglich im Einsatz und wir arbeiten auch häufig mit unseren Kunden darin zusammen. Da ich neu ins Projektmanagement eingestiegen bin, kann ich zeitliche Abläufe eines Projektes mit den Charts super erfassen.

Lucid ist einfach aufgebaut und jede:r findet sich schnell zurecht bei der Arbeit. Besonders Brainstorming-Sessions und Strategieentwicklungen machen wir häufig über Lucid, da mithilfe vo Post-Its und anderen Funktionen die Zusammenarbeit super einfach ist. Auch zur regelmäßigen Contentplanung und sogar zur Erstellung von Mockups unserer Webseite nutzen wir Lucid, da es uns so viele Kollaboratinosmöglichkeiten gibt.

Sind viele Personen gleichzeitig auf dem Board unterwegs, dann kann es schnell unübersichtlich werden. Auch würde ich mir mehrere "Tabellenblätter" wünschen, da es schnell chaotisch werden kann mit nur einem Board

Lucid Chart hat für unglaublich viele Usecases bereits Vorlagen, die zur Inspiration verwendet werden können. Ich habe es bereits im Studium verwendet um verschiedene Diagramme zu erstellen. Aktuell verwende ich es für die Arbeit um Prozesse in BPMN Charts darzustellen. Das Tool lässt sich auch super in Slack einbinden. Arbeiten mehrere Kolleg:innen an einem Chart lassen sich auch bestimmte Bereiche sperren.

Das Tool frisst leider unglaublich viel Leistung, vor allem wenn sich viele Objekte in einem Diagramm befinden die hin und her bewegt werden. Die Struktur in der die Charts verwaltet werden ist manchmal auch nicht ganz übersichtlich, hier hat sich aber in den letzen Monaten auch schon einiges verbessert. Das User- und Abomanagement ist über verschiedene Untermenüs auf verschiedenen Unterseiten organisert, wo zum Teil von verschiedenen Seiten aus das gleiche verwaltet werden kann. Hier fehlt teilweise eine klare Struktur, das hindert aber natürlich nicht bei der Verwendung des Tools :)

Ich verwende Lucidchart für die Erstellung von BPMN Diagrammen und von OrgCharts. Der Vorteil ist einerseits die Einfachheit mit der sich das Tool verwenden lässt, andererseits aber auch, dass es eine ganze Menge an Infrastruktur mitbringt um Usecases abzubilden. Man muss nicht bei jeden Diagram bei null anfangen. Organigramme lassen sich beispielsweise aus Excel oder Google Sheets Tabellen automatisch generieren und dann manuell anpassen.

easier to use than other charting tools. spacing corrections are really convenient, easy to reformat the graph, while keeping it clean and not having to re-do the whole thing
What did you not like?
unfortunately some elements in lucid chart are not easily replaceable. for example if you used a certain shape and put text inside, sometimes you have to manually re-do the box with a new shape instead of simple click and replace.

I’ve been using Lucidchart, and it has become an invaluable tool for illustrating workflows and processes to my teammates. One of the features I appreciate most is the Google Docs add-on. It allowed me to easily embed my Lucidchart diagrams directly into my document, and the best part is that the diagrams update automatically as I make changes in Lucidchart. What did you not like?
The only issue I ran into was that some template elements couldn’t be edited the way I wanted. However, it was still easy to remove those parts and replace them with my own custom elements, so it didn’t slow me down too much.

With Lucid I can create and visualise all the flows for the lead gen team to have. After that we implement on our CRM. I also add a lot of pictures and tables and it is very good that I can add videos to show some recordings on how-to's. This helps the sales team a lot

There is a template for every use case and I was amazed how many brainstorming diagrams you offer. I enjoy the ease of use when creating and connecting objects. Also, the AI feature for generating ideas is great.
What did you not like?
the learning curve is a bit steep as you offer a lot of features and constantly update the platform. More trainings would be helpful. And it would be great if the font size would be consistent to the selected value.

It feels nice to zoom and move around the board, the controls for locking stuff in place, grouping, etc is fun and intuitive. I had struggled with other similar products I tried before so this was and is big for me.
What did you not like?
The layout and line up tool for different elements is sometimes a bit clunky and incorrectly lined up but might also be that it gets confused coz I easily have over 50-60 Elements. Also, I don’t really like the tables feature, coz it feels more annoying through partially getting autosized than helpful. Or maybe I didn’t see the matching setting to not have it do that but then that should be placed more obvious.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We turned it into our hub for realizing and evaluating our progress and having in check our finances as well as utilizing it to prepare our quarterly and yearly impact and transparency reports.

This was my very first time using the app, and I found it extremely user-friendly. I was able to create a flowchart directly on my first try! I had tried a few other apps before, but they weren’t very good, so I hadn’t used any of them extensively. Recently, I needed to present a flowchart to a client, and thanks to this app, I could do it perfectly on the first attempt. I also tried the card workflow feature, and it worked beautifully, everything came together without needing to search for tutorials. Truly a lucid and intuitive app

Lucidchart works smoothly once you know your way around. The interface is clean, and after a bit of exploring, creating diagrams becomes fast and efficient. It’s not very beginner-friendly at first. If you don’t already know what you're doing, it can feel a bit overwhelming and clunky. I like that Lucidchart is easy and intuitive to use without having to watch a lot of explainer videos, I can just jump right in with creating my charts. I like that I drag and drop chart elements and use key commands as I would use in other software to move around, zoom in and out, undo/redo etc. And exporting in different formats is super useful.
What did you not like?
I wish I could convert shapes into smart objects such as in Photoshop so that I can just update the parent smart object shape and then the changes are applied to all instances using that shape. Same for color, would be great to have a master color and I can update and it updates all it's instances globally. I also dislike the pricing for the software as I wish they has an even more affordable tier for students.

My main purpose was to create a flow chart for a Python app Iw as building so I can see the logic routes that the user could take. I need to see if I created a flow that is user friendly and makes the most sense..

With lucid chart I like the fact that there is a plethora of templates to choose from depending on what you want to create. The charts and the branching are alsso verastile. Color selection and combination is also super and if you want to use images and emojis you have a big pool to choose from. I like the fact that you have options for so many things
What did you not like?
The only thing I dislike is the the limit you have with a free account. When I want to test something before pitching the idea to my company to invest there I need to at least finish the test project I am doing there so I can actually have something to show. It's a flexible app that allows to create diagrams, mind-maps, organigrams. It's easy to group ideas by topic and in my experience it has low lag even if many users are working on the same document. Design is fairly basic, so if you need documents with strong visual appeal you might need to resort to additional apps or workarounds to achieve a more visually elaborated final result.
