What did you like?

I have tested several AI note-taking tools, and Jamie is by far one of the most useful ones I have used so far. What I appreciate most is the quality of the meeting summaries: they are clear, well-structured and surprisingly accurate, even in complex meetings with several participants and different topics. Jamie helps me avoid the constant pressure of having to take detailed notes while also actively participating in the discussion. After the meeting, I get a solid summary, key points and action items that I can easily review, adapt and share if needed. Another strong point is that Jamie does not feel intrusive. It supports the meeting process without becoming the focus of the meeting itself. For my work, especially in meetings with many organizational and strategic details, this is extremely valuable. Of course, the output still needs a human check, especially when the subject matter is very technical or multilingual, but the time saved is significant. Overall, Jamie has quickly become one of the tools I really rely on. The structured and accurate summaries, the clear action items, and the fact that I can focus much more on the actual meeting instead of constantly writing notes.

What did you not like?

n very technical or multilingual meetings, some details and terminology still need to be checked manually. A very useful improvement would be a glossary function, where users could define preferred terms, names, abbreviations or translations in advance. It would also be helpful to have a bulk correction feature to replace an incorrect term consistently throughout the entire transcript or summary.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Jamie helps me document meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and save a lot of time after calls. It is especially useful when meetings are dense, strategic or involve many participants.

What did you like?

1) Love the multi-speaker voice attribution, compared to competitive products, this is must-have feature for me, 2) Privacy by design, 3) Overall product quality and good technical connectors to my tech stack

What did you not like?

There is nothing I disliked, the product is at a good level of maturity already.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Call transcripts, summarisation, with great quality and voice attribution

What did you like?

I've tried multiple note-taking tools for my company. I mainly used Granola. I thought Granola was great for what I needed, besides the fact that I was not able to gather speakers' names. Then I heard of Jamie ; grabbing speaker names while also making more consolidated summary of conversations. There wasn't a laundry list of action items. Very direct, very precise. Jamie is my new go-to note taker on every call. Reach out to Pleurat Halili on the GTM team at Jamie if you're looking for an extremely helpful resource to assist in your enterprise licensing.

What did you not like?

the only thing I wish Jamie had was the ability to join calls when I wasn't able to join the calls. This is a very unique thing for my situation, and I understand the reasoning for not wanting to have a bot on every one of your calls.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

- Call summarization - Note taking - Daily action items
