What did you like?

Das übersichtliche Dashboard. Die Möglichkeit, erst mal mit weniger Modulen zu starten. Die Erweiterungsmodule und den Ausbau an die eigene Organisationsstruktur anpassen zu können.

What did you not like?

Die Erklärungen bei der Erstpräsentation basierten auf einer Vollversion. Besser wäre eine Empfehlung nach einem Beratungsgespräch, welche Reihenfolge an Modulen Sinn macht. Am Anfang mussten wir dem Vertrieb sehr nachtelefonieren.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Aktuell haben wir nur das Grundmodul Personaldaten und die eAkte. Dadurch konnten wir die vielen Papierakten abschaffen. Das hat uns vieles erleichtert.

What did you like?

Das Helix Ausbildungsmanagement in Verbindung mit dem Recruiting ist eine Win Win Situation für meine tägliche Arbeit. Einfach zu handhaben und sehr übersichtlich. Ich nutze beide Tools täglich👍🏻

What did you not like?

Ich würde mir von Helix wünschen das nicht jede Anwendung eine extra Modul ist. Es gibt da einiges was verknüpft und zusammengefasst werden könnte.

Individuelle Recruiting Kampagnen sind sehr schnell und einfach zu realisieren...

What did you like?

Ganzheitlich: HELIX deckt alle HR-Prozesse von der Bewerbung bis zum Offboarding ab. Modular: Du kannst nur die Module nutzen, die dein Unternehmen wirklich braucht. Automatisiert: Personalprozesse laufen digital und automatisch ab.

What did you not like?

Dinge, die verbessert werden können, gibt es immer. Das Team von HELIX ist aber wirklich gut davor und arbeitet daran, das ist immer weniger werden.

What did you like?

Helix bietet eine sehr übersichtliche Möglichkeit unsere Auszubildenden zu betreuen. Mit verschiedenen Funktionen können alle Bedürfnisse rund um die Azubibetreuung einfach abgedeckt werden. Gerade für die Azubis und Ausbilder vor Ort bietet Helix einen klar strukturierten Aufbau zur Erledigung aller Aufgaben.

What did you not like?

In manchen Anliegen könnte es spezifischere Lösungen geben. Da es sich jedoch um ein großflächiges Angebot handelt verstehe ich, dass nicht jeder individuelle Eunsch berücksichtigt werden kann.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Die Koordination der Nachwuchskräfte sowie Erledigung von Lernzielen, Berichtsheften etc. funktioniert mit Helix einfach, schnell und intuitiv.

- sehr anwenderfreundlich - sehr guter Service - flexibel einsetzbar.

What did you not like?

dass man nicht alle Elemente in allen Listen anzeigen lassen kann. Oft geht das, jedoch nicht bei allen Elementen.

Innovation neuer Möglichkeiten und Module, Digitalisierung von Prozessen und konstruktiver Austausch mit den Mitarbeitenden.

What did you not like?

Die bekannten Entwicklungsfelder (z.B. Ticketsystem), die aber zukünftig besser werden sollen.

Wir haben unsere Prozesse deutlich verschlankt und verschnellert und sind papierloser geworden.

What did you like?

Ansprechende Oberfläche, für den Endanwender einfach nutzbar, da alles bach der gleichen Systematik funktioniert. Eigene Ideen können trotz Standart oft in der Umgebung umgesetzt werden

What did you not like?

Als Administrator sind es viele Dadhboards. Anwenderliste (Rechte) kann nur nach Personalnummern sortiert werden.

What I like most about the Helix application from Perbilty is its intuitive handling and the freedom it gives me to express my own creativity.

What did you not like?

I really appreciate the intuitive handling of the Helix application from Perbilty and the freedom it gives me to be creative. However, some tasks need to be administrated beforehand, which can interrupt the workflow and reduce efficiency.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Helix from Perbilty is intuitive and gives me great creative freedom. The recruiting module was challenging to introduce, but with the outstanding support of the PERBILITY team, the implementation was a real success.

Helix PM provides a clear and reliable project structure, an intuitive user-friendly design, and efficient tracking that supports teams in daily work.

What did you not like?

Customization and reporting features are somewhat limited, which can reduce flexibility and make it harder to adapt the system to complex project needs.

Den modularen Aufbau und die hervorragende Verzahnung. Die Förderung des Anwender-Austauschs. Die optische Aufbereitung. Die intuitive Bedienung.

What did you not like?

Konkrete Tipps zur Vorbereitung eines Moduls, Erfolgsfaktoren und Stolpersteine gibt es tatsächlich erst im Gespräch mit anderen Usern.
