Schön ist es, in Projekten zu arbeiten und eine gute Übersicht über den Status zu haben.

What did you not like?

Kandidatenbilder wären schön. Darüber hinaus wäre es hilfreich, wenn man den Emailverlauf anderer Recruiter einsehen könnte.

Easy to use. All in one place. Good extensions to ease internal workflow.

What did you not like?

Sometimes some of the extensions don't work 100%, also some emails sent through Greenhouse end the spam folder of our candidates. Which means a slow down of the recruiting process and further emails.

We use it for Recruitng, Interview Scheduling and general communication with our candidates

Greenhouse ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und ist selbst für Anfänger leicht zu verstehen.

What did you not like?

Manchmal gibt es für mitarbeitende Hiring Manager zu viel Befugnisse, wodurch Kandidaten durch einen einzigen Klick "im Nirvana" verschwinden können

Bewerber können sich direkt auf das JobPosting bewerben, es müssen nicht mehr Bewerbungen über Email einer Position zugeordnet werden oder Lebensläufe an alle relevanten Manager zur Einsicht versendet werden. Automatische Eingangsbestätigung und Absage-Nachricht sind ebenfalls sehr hilfreich.

Greenhouse hat ein ansprechendes Design. Es ist individuell anpassbar. Außerdem gefällt mir die Möglichkeit andere Kollegen zu markieren.

What did you not like?

Bei Greenhouse gefällt mir der Customer Support nicht. Aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung sind Termine mit Kollegen in NY etwas schwierig. Berechtigungskonzepte könnten verbessert werden.

Einfaches Bewerbermanagment. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, betriebliche Prozesse korrekt abzubilden. Auch für internationale Standorte gut einsetzbar.

Mir gefällt das Handling von Greenhouse. Es ist übersichtlich und deckt all meine Wünsche ab. Zusätzlich bietet Greenhouse sehr viele Reporting-Möglichkeiten an.

What did you not like?

Es gibt wenig, bis gar nichts zu bemängeln. Es ist ein kostspieliges Tool. Zusätzlich landen die Antworten der Bewerbenden in der Inbox und nicht im Acitivty Feed.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Ich löse alle Probleme rund ums Recruiting. Das Tool schafft es, dass wir effizient agieren. Zusätzlich bilden wir damit sauber unsere Recruiting-Prozesse ab.
