FORMCYCLE

XIMA® FORMCYCLE is a web-based solution enabling form-based process management of data. The software can be used as FORM.CLOUD, as a public or private cloud, or on-premise, and aims to clearly display forms on all devices through responsive design. Users have access to their own form designer for responsive form design, an easy-to-use administration interface, multilingualism, processing workflows, incoming mail boxes, evaluation modules, invitation management, and a feature allowing for the provision and booking of online appointments. The data traffic should be secured through integration into existing systems, double-opt-in as a security aspect, and the integration of existing CI. The Public Cloud is available for free in the basic version and from €49 per month in the Pro version. The solution in a Private Cloud can be used from €149 per month.
