What did you like?

EasyWeek helped us get organized without the headache. We switched from a paper calendar and Excel, and the setup was surprisingly fast — their support team walked us through everything on a video call, for free. The booking widget on our website brought in more online bookings in the first month than we expected. Our clients love that they can book at midnight without calling us. The interface is clean and simple enough that even our least tech-savvy staff member figured it out in a day. Also, the built-in website was a nice bonus — we didn't even have a proper site before.

What did you not like?

Some features feel a bit hidden in the settings — it took me a while to find where to customize notification templates. Also, multi-day bookings aren't supported yet, which would be useful for us since we sometimes do multi-session packages. The mobile app works fine for checking the schedule, but editing services or settings is easier on desktop. Not dealbreakers, but these are things I'd like to see improved.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Before EasyWeek, we were losing clients because people had to call to book — and half the time nobody picked up during busy hours. Now about 60–70% of our bookings come in online, including evenings and weekends when we're closed. No-shows dropped noticeably once we turned on WhatsApp reminders. We also stopped double-booking staff, which used to happen at least once a week with our old paper system. The POS module replaced a separate cash register app we were paying for, so that saved us around €20/month on top of everything. Honestly the biggest benefit is just having one place for everything — schedule, clients, payments, notifications — instead of juggling three different tools.

What did you like?

I’ve been using EasyWeek for managing bookings and client communication, and it has significantly simplified our daily operations. The system combines online scheduling, CRM, a built-in website, and POS features in one platform, which saves a lot of time and eliminates the need for multiple tools. What I especially like is the ready-to-use booking website and the widget that can be easily integrated into any existing site. Integrations with payment systems and messengers make communication with clients smooth and automated. Reminders help reduce no-shows, and the CRM makes it easy to track customer history and preferences. Another big advantage is the free plan and trial period, so you can test everything without risk. The support team is responsive and helps with setup and customization, which makes onboarding much easier. Overall, EasyWeek is a great solution for service-based businesses looking to automate processes and improve customer experience.

What did you not like?

One small downside is that some settings are not immediately obvious, but the support team helps quickly if you have questions. There is also a free plan and a trial period, so you can test the platform before fully committing. Overall, EasyWeek is a reliable solution for service businesses that want to automate bookings and improve customer management.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

EasyWeek helps us solve several operational problems, mainly related to managing bookings and client communication. Before using it, appointments were often handled manually, which sometimes led to scheduling mistakes or missed messages from clients.

I’ve been using EasyWeek for my business for a while now, and honestly, it made things much easier from day one. Setting everything up was straightforward, and I didn’t need any technical skills to get my services and schedule online. My clients can book appointments anytime, and the automatic reminders save me a lot of time. I can manage my bookings, clients, and services in one place, and the booking widget on my website works perfectly. It really helps reduce no-shows and keeps everything organized.

What did you not like?

To be fair, I haven’t had any major issues so far. Whenever I had questions, the support team was helpful and quick to respond, so overall my experience has been very positive.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I use EasyWeek to automate appointment booking and manage my schedule. It saves me time, reduces no-shows, and makes the booking process much easier for my clients.
