What did you like?

Deltek Maconomy ist eine auf die Dienstleistungsbranche zugeschnittene Lösung, was bedeutet, dass wir viele Standardkonfigurationen out-of-the-box nutzen konnten. Daneben gab/gibt es aber auch genug Freiheiten unternehmensspezifische Anforderungen umzusetzen. Unsere User schätzen die Transparenz zu Projektdaten und die Möglichkeit andere Systeme über Schnittstellen anzubinden.

What did you not like?

Die mitgelieferten Standard-Reports sowie die individuell anpassbaren Business Objects Reports entsprachen nicht unseren Anforderungen, sodass wir uns entschieden haben diese gar nicht zu nutzen und stattdessen eigene PowerBI Reports auf Basis unseres eigenen Datawarehouses zu erstellen. Auch die Mobil-App (Deltek Touch) wurde von unseren Usern aufgrund der Usability nicht angenommen.

Durch die Nutzung von Deltek Maconomy haben unsere Projektleitenden jederzeit einen Einblick in des Status ihrer Projekte (Budget, Staffing, Invoices etc.). Besonders gefällt uns darüber hinaus die Übersicht, die man über das gesamte Projektportfolio (ca. 900 laufende Projekte) bekommt. Diese Portfolio-Transparenz ist eine großer Vorteil zum Vergleich unserer vorherigen Lösung.
