What did you like?
Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team von Deepskill ist extrem professionell, strukturiert und auf Augenhöhe. Die Blended-Learning-Konzepte sind durchdacht aufgebaut, sodass meine Trainings- und Coaching-Sessions optimal auf den Lern-Journeys der Führungskräfte aufsetzen. Auch das Onboarding und die Betreuung als Partner-Coach laufen reibungslos.
What did you not like?
Wie bei jeder digitalen Plattform, gibt es hin und wieder mal kleine technische Details, die nachjustiert werden müssen – das Team ist aber extrem auf zack, nimmt Feedback sofort auf und hebt die Plattform stetig aufs nächste Level.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Als externe Leadership-Coach begleite ich Führungskräfte in den Entwicklungsprogrammen von Deepskill. Die Plattform verknüpft digitales Lernen nahtlos mit individueller Coaching-Praxis. Dadurch entstehen für die Teilnehmenden echte Verhaltensänderungen statt nur theoretischem Wissen.Für mich als Coach bietet die Plattform eine extrem strukturierte Basis. Ich sehe genau, wo die Führungskräfte in ihren Lernpfaden stehen, und kann in den digitalen Trainings- und Coaching-Sessions sofort tief ansetzen, statt Zeit mit Grundlagen zu verlieren. Zudem sind die Inhalte didaktisch stark aufbereitet und auf moderne Führungsanforderungen ausgelegt.

What did you like?
I've worked with a number of coaching platforms (BetterUp, GrowthSpace, Speexx etc) and DeepSkill's is by far the most professional, useful, and user-friendly. They combine e-learning with online training & coaching, all in one place, which is convenient for me and the learners. The content they provide for trainings is also really excellent, and always tailored to the audience, which is honestly rare!
What did you not like?
Nothing to dislike - any bugs or questions I have are easily and quickly answered directly by the Learning Team. Service and support are excellent (also rare!)
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I can communicate with my training groups or 1:1 coachees in a chat, I can upload documents, and also conduct the coaching through the system, so everything is in one place. The training materials are also available, alongside the e-learning, so I can see the focus areas of the company. As a coach & trainer, I really have all information at my fingertips, and my clients do as well, which makes them more engaged over the whole journey.

What did you like?
DeepSkill bietet eine vollständig integrierte Software-Lösung für jegliche Learning-Journeys. Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit DeepSkill gemacht bei der Umsetzung von Talent-Entwicklungsprogrammen. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: Es werden Online- und Onsite-Veranstaltungen, dazu webinar- und Selbstlerninhalte integriert verwaltet und bereitgestellt. Ebenso werden in einer Software individuelle Maßnahmen und Gruppenmaßnahmen gleichermaßen berücksichtigt; jede/r Teilnehmende hat jederzeit einen sehr guten Überblick. Performance-Indikatoren helfen zudem bei der fortlaufenden Evaluation der Learning Journey.
What did you not like?
Aus meiner Sicht passt alles, gfs. ließe sich die vorgeschaltete Diagnostik noch besser integrieren. Wir haben das beispielsweise mit der Zortify-Persönlichkeitsanalyse gemacht.
