What did you like?

Die User Experience ist einfach gestaltet. Man hat alles im Überblick und man kann sehr gut intuitiv damit arbeiten. Toll, sind die Anbindung in die fashion cloud, die den Uploud zu den Marktplätzen noch einfacher macht. Außerdem ist der Support sehr hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich mit jedem Problem ernst genommen.

What did you not like?

Damit man aber nicht für jede Kleinigkeit den Support bemühen muss, wäre ein Hilfebereich sehr nützlich oder ein paar FAQs. Diese sollten direkt bei cloudstock hinterlegt sein. Vielleicht wäre auch in jedem Untermenü ein "Tip" oder "Hack" nützlich. Aber nicht so nervig bitte, wie damals die Büroklammer in Word! :)

cloudstock verbessert den workflow in deinem täglichen business. Es spart so viel Zeit sich nich mit der direkten Artikelpflege auf den Onlinemarktplätzen auseinandersetzen zu müssen!

Die Anbindung mit verschiedenen Shops klappt super. Artikel anlegen und Bestellungen bearbeiten wird dank Cloudstock zum Kinderspiel. Jeder Artikel wird automatisch eingespielt und es gibt eine tolle Anbindung zu Fashioncloud

What did you not like?

Manchmal werden einige Daten nicht übermittelt und man muss nochmal extra auf hochladen klicken. Ganz selten hat der Server ein paar Probleme, die aber ein tolles Team schnell beheben kann
