Intuitive Nutzung via. App auf dem Laptop, Smartphone, Tablett oder als Web Zugang. Ansichten, Auswertungen, Cockpits usw. sind einfach zu personalisieren. Schnittstellen zu anderer Software sind realisierbar.

Web und App geben nicht immer die selbe Ansicht wieder und haben teilweise unterschiedliche Funktionen. Berechtigungsstrukturen können schnell undurchsichtig werden. Teilweise sind Anpassung kompliziert und benötigen viel Zeit.
