What did you like?
Wir haben Cake gerade angefangen zu nutzen und für uns ist es super praktisch, dass wir Meeting Räume einrichten können mit Produktinfos, Pressematerial, Video usw. für verschiedene Kundengruppen und nicht immer wieder alles Zusammensuchen müssen. Quasi wie virtuelle Showrooms. Wenn wir extern unsere Google Docs oder Excel Sheets aktualisieren, ist im Cake Room auch alles up to date. Das ist sehr praktisch - mann ist immer gut vorbereitet und die Kunden sind beeindruckt. Falls wir im team was besprechen müssen, haben ein extra "space" wo wir alle zusammenarbeiten können und es macht auch mehr Spass, da man unmittelbar und in Echtzeit alles direkt auch ändern und anpassen kann was man besprochen hat - alle Notizen usw. bleiben dann in unserem separaten Bereich immer gespeichert, quasi wie in einem echten Büro.
What did you not like?
Cake ist sehr neu und hier und da gibt es manchmal kleiner Probleme, jedoch ist der Kern der App immer sehr stabil und das Team reagiert prompt auf alle Fragen. Man könnte noch mehr Branding Optionen Haben für Events, aber das ist wohl geplant.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Effizientere video Präsentationen, da man alle unterlagen immer beisammen hat und auch Änderungen ausserhalb der App sich synchronisieren. Durch das Präsenter-Mode können wir weniger Meetings abhalten, da es einfacher ist zu präsentieren und man schneller anschaulich Sachen erklären kann ohne mit tausend Tabs zu hantieren.

What did you like?
Very solid and easy way to share your screen, you can easily share files with your team with few clicks. You are able to real-time edit efficently and share your yourk with your team. Ideal for co-creating docs.
What did you not like?
Maybe CAKE can improve the mobile access, but is not really critical. If this is your first time working on an app like that, maybe you will have to spend a few hours to understand it.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
i have no office, so i can digitally share my work with my team. We are sharing screem very often, so this is a very useful tool!

Ich finde es super während des Videocalls das große Whiteboard zu haben auf dem Präsentiert und die Themen besprochen werden - das hat mich sehr die App Figma erinnert. Hier können somit mehrere Sachen präsentiert werden und alles bleibt in der Übersicht. Beim Herauszoomen bekommt man dann einen Überblick über die ganzen Themen.
What did you not like?
Die Anwendung ist sehr neu. Es gibt noch Hickups in der Software und Funktionen die noch fehlen.

Es hilft mir bei der Kommunikation, beim Ideenaustausch und der Lösungsfindung.

What did you like?
The possibility of hosting simultaneous meetings using rooms for each department is something that I enjoy. I will probably say goodbye to generating several links to Google Meet.
What did you not like?
For now, the platform isn't translated. Since I work mainly with non-English speakers, that can become a barrier. However, I already surpassed this by translating the name of the rooms and recording tutorials in Portuguese, and Spanish.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Cake helps me to: effectively hold meetings; organize content and minutes of meetings; set up dynamic interactions among a diverse group of people from different departments.
