What is benify?

benify is a benefits and total rewards platform that helps companies attract and retain employees. With a total reward statement, employees can view and understand their compensation components, including all benefits and additional services. The platform provides integrated communication tools for personalized, targeted messages that can be sent to employees via the benify app. benify also enables digitization of the employee lifecycle with preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding tools, allowing digital benefits to be used via the app or desktop and thus reducing administrative effort for the HR department.
