advastamedia is a PIM and publishing platform for manufacturers and technical B2B commerce. The software helps companies centrally structure, maintain and provide product data, media, variants, classifications and channel-specific outputs.
advastamedia is particularly well suited for organizations with extensive product ranges, many product variants, multilingual data sets and multiple target channels — such as websites, shops, data sheets, price lists, labels or customer-specific data formats.
Why advastamedia is relevant
In many product data processes, parallel data worlds emerge: product information is maintained in the ERP system, media assets are stored in separate systems, classifications are added in Excel, and channel-specific content is created downstream in web, shop or layout projects. This increases maintenance effort, error susceptibility and the need for coordination.
advastamedia brings these processes together in one platform. Product data, media, variant logic, classifications, product relationships and publishing processes are mapped directly in the system. As a result, content can be maintained more consistently and made available for different channels.

Output directly from the product data model
The platform does not stop at the data feed. Channel-specific content and selected print outputs can be generated from the product data base, including product pages, shop feeds, data sheets, product passport sheets, price lists, labels and trade fair materials.
This makes the platform suitable for companies that not only want to manage product information centrally, but also distribute it in a structured way across different channels.
Developed, integrated and operated by the manufacturer
advastamedia is developed, integrated and operated by the manufacturer itself. This creates a shared roadmap, one SLA and one escalation path — from support requests through to product development.
The platform is developed in Germany and can be operated in the company’s own German data center. Hybrid operating scenarios with cloud infrastructures are also possible.
Product development based on real-world requirements
advastamedia is continuously developed based on specific requirements from industrial and trade projects. New requirements are not automatically implemented as individual customizations, but are first evaluated for their suitability as part of the product standard.
For example, a module is currently being developed to make standardized data required for the Digital Product Passport exportable. This enables advastamedia to support companies in preparing regulatory data requirements early and in a structured way within the product data model.
