The provider does not communicate any price information. This is a common practice for software vendors and service providers. Alternatively, you can contact the provider to find out current prices.

What did you like?

Younium excels at bringing structure and clarity into complex commercial contract data. It is particularly strong in cleaning up and standardizing legacy data, which creates a solid foundation for SaaS transformation. The software is very intuitive with a clean, user-friendly interface, making daily operations straightforward even for non-technical users. Implementation is fast and efficient—as long as internal data and processes are well prepared. Another major strength is the Younium team: highly responsive, supportive, and experienced in SaaS and subscription management. Their guidance adds real value both during implementation and in day-to-day operations. Additionally, Younium enables simple and structured operational workflows, especially around billing, contract handling, and revenue logic. It significantly improves transparency, reduces manual work, and aligns finance, sales, and operations.

What did you not like?

Younium requires a high level of data quality and internal process clarity. If your contract data is inconsistent or poorly maintained, the initial setup can become time-consuming. Some more advanced use cases or edge-case contract structures may require manual workarounds or deeper system understanding. Reporting and customization capabilities, while solid, can feel somewhat limited depending on specific requirements.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Younium helps us centralize and standardize our contract and subscription management, replacing fragmented and error-prone manual processes. It solves key challenges around revenue transparency, subscription lifecycle management, and operational consistency. We now have a clear and reliable view on contracts, billing, and revenue streams, which is essential for scaling a SaaS business. The platform also improves cross-functional alignment between finance, sales, and operations by providing a single source of truth. This reduces reconciliation effort, minimizes errors, and enables more efficient and predictable processes. Overall, Younium allows us to move from reactive, manual handling of contracts and billing to a structured, scalable, and automation-driven setup.

What did you like?

What did you not like?

Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?

Design and interface are designed well. In terms of writing invoices and setting up orders it is fairly straight forward and easy to use.

What did you not like?

It is way too expensive for the functionalities you get out of it. The processing of data is not intuitive at all and dealing with different customer setups (services vs product offering, recurring vs non-recurring, monthly vs yearly vs one-off invoicing) is a challenge. This is where you need to understand exactly when something is categorised how to make your reporting work in the end. Reporting is not very intuitive and leave quite a bit to be desired. Especially if you are interested in anything other than CARR. Integrations would be helpful but everything costs extra and it's just not delivering enough value for a small company like ours (30-40 employees) to justify the price.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We are using it for our invoicing as well as CARR/ARR forecasting
