What did you like?
I've been lookin for a service or company that can help me with with sst for my small business, have heard a lot about it, and wanted to try. Liked Stape cause they have a free plan I can use, i dont have many requests coming, so still can fit it. Support helped to set everything, how using it without any issues.
What did you not like?
Cant say there is anything i dislike about the company. Good guys, helpful. Sometimes do not speak normal english, but do not think its an issue now.

What did you like?
Getting everything running was quicker than I thought, with no hiccups.
Any time I had a question, no matter the hour, someone jumped in to help.
They even spotted and fixed a tracking problem I didn’t know I had, which saved me a lot of headaches.
What did you not like?
Honestly, I didn’t run into anything I’d call a real negative. They solved issues so quickly I barely had time to understand what went wrong before it was fixed.

We’re using Stape to run our server-side tracking without having to manage our own hosting.
It’s cut down the load on our website, improved tracking accuracy, and made it easier to control what data gets shared with different platforms.

I haven't noticed any downsides of using Stape for server-side tracking for my business.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I had problems with data quality for my website (noticed a drop in the volume of data recorded, lower traffic for no reason). After implementing server-side tracking and Stape's solutions (such as Custom Loader, Cookie Keeper, custom domain) I saw 62% increase in data recorded in GA4 .
