What did you like?
Social Flow ist im Vergleich zu anderen Tools auf dem Markt günstig. Das Planen von Postings ist einfach und eine übersichtliche Kalenderansicht ist vorhanden. Das gefällt mir sehr gut! Mit Social Flow lassen sich verschiedene Social Media-Plattformen bedienen (z.B. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter). Hat man mal eine Frage oder ein Problem, antwortet der Kundenservice zügig und hilfreich. Social Flow bietet zudem eine Reporting- und eine Listening-Funktion, auch ein Re-Scheduling von älteren Posts ist problemlos möglich.
What did you not like?
Derzeit bietet das Tool keine Möglichkeit, eingehende Nachrichten und Kommentare von Followern/ Fans zu moderieren. Beim Planen der Posts wäre eine Drag-and-Drop-Funktion in der Kalender-Ansicht wünschenswert. Zudem gibt es keine Collaboration-Funktion für Social Media Teams.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Social Flow hilft mir dabei, die Inhalte für unsere Facebook Fanpage im Voraus zu planen. Das erleichtert die tägliche Arbeit enorm. Die Re-Schedule Funktion ist super, um alte, gut funktionierende Inhalte noch einmal anzufassen (neues Bild, Anpassung der Headline usw.) und erneut zu veröffentlichen.
What did you like?
Sehr gute Übersicht und Darstellung der Inhalte im Social Media. Die Software ist gut aufgebaut und ohne viele Vorkenntnisse nutzbar.
What did you not like?
Anwendung ist im Vergleich zu den Mitbewerbern m.E. Sehr teuer. Dafür aber guter Content.
