Skribble ist einfach und rechtssicher. Gerade für KMU bietet Skribble viele Vorteile, da das Bezahlmodell fair und einfach ist. Rechtssicher signierte PDF-Dokumente zu erstellen war nie so einfach!

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was mir an Skribble nicht gefällt. Ich kann den Dienst wärmstens empfehlen.

Vielen meiner Kollegen im IT-Bereich ist im Grunde - leider - nicht klar, welche Anforderungen man erfüllen muss, um rechtssicher signieren zu können. Skribble löst das - und eignet sich sogar für alle, die die Details eigentlich gar nicht verstehen 😉

What did you like?

Skribble makes electronic signature practical without a complicated setup. Its use is simple enough so I can invite external customers or partners without fear of overburdening them.

What did you not like?

Nothing. Skribble works fine for me. I don’t need it very often, but when I do, it’s there. All I need to remember is the URL.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The problem of printing, snail mailing, and scanning documents when I need a signature. With Skribble, getting and archiving it is a matter of two minutes.

Simple to use, straightforward, very few bugs, looks nice, quite reliable (I had only one outage in years of experiences)

What did you not like?

Pricing. Users signing a lot shall get a flat-fee pricing even for QES (which is mandatory for lawyers and submissions to courts).

It's easy and doesn't take up too much time. Everything can be treated very quickly and the fact that the gouvernment uses it is a nice plus when dealing with them...

What did you not like?

I can't really think of anything. This works for me just like it should and has done so for a long time...

What did you like?

It is very easy to use! I use it to sign digitally and my clients really love it. It adds professionalism to my work. Therefore it's so useful. As an artist selling my artworks internationally I sign the Certificates of Authenticity with Skribble. This adds trust to my clients. In summary Skribble is user friendly, it's professional and enhances trustworthiness.

What did you not like?

I have to admit that I really like everything. There is nothing I dislike. Skribble in my view is the industry leader.

I sign Certificates of Authenticity of my artworks.

What did you like?

Easy to use, secure sign-in. That offers also qualified signatures QES - though Mobil ID. Brings a lot of efficiency in signing legal documents, where QES is necessary. Provides also a good archive of signed documents.

What did you not like?

Setting up the QES needs authentification with a local partner, in Switzerland ist was Swisscom where i authenticated my passport.

Signing legal documents and contracts with a few clicks and mobile authentification

The platform is streamlined, elegantly guides users through the input process and, with this appearance, also helps those signatories who are not yet so confident in the digital world.

What did you not like?

So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Skribble. Hopefully, this product will prove itself on the market in the long term and continue to exist.

It's super simple to use and still is secure. Skribble continuously adds new features and offers all digital signature levels for fair prices.

What did you not like?

The process of verification for the highest level of digital signature is a bit inconvenient, as it requires organizing an appointment. For other services (e.g., bank account), this can be done easily online.

Using Skribble to let different parties sign a document is super simple. It's one file, will never be "printed, signed, and scanned," and even allows for setting the order of signatures.

What did you like?

It's easy to use and offers a fair price. Compared to the market leaders, it's much cheaper, but I haven't seen where it offers less. To summarize, it offers everything you need to sign online, like docusign, but with a pricing model that is much more suitable for startups.

What did you not like?

The only thing I don't like so much is that after signing, only a small electronic signature is visible at the end of the document. This could be a bit more popular, with echosign, for example, the whole document is marked as signed and you can see the signature on every single page.

Just signing day-to-day documents online that need to be e-signed.

Skribble is easy to use and the billing plans give a lot of flexibility to start small as a startup. Most importantly Skribble is reliable and just works.

What did you not like?

Could be integrated more into tools like Google Docs but we just export to PDF and then upload on Skribble and then we re-upload the signed PDF to Google Drive.

What did you like?

Skribble.ch has been the earliest available QES signature tool that was a pleasure to use. They kept the product great and improved it further over the past years. We checked alternatives but decided to stay with Skribble.ch. It's absolutely recommended and with the Skribble.ch team all the best!

What did you not like?

For individuals, the recurring monthly fee is a barrier to adoption. Especially, if they sign something rarely and for non-business purposes.

What did you like?

Skribble offers at the same time a fully legally valid Swiss qualified electronic signature compliant with ZertES and a fully legally valid Swiss qualified electronic signature compliant with the EU eIDAS regulation. Skribble offers a remote signature service meaning that you do not have access to your certificate but that Skribble is signing for you. Remote signatures can be more convenient in the setup and do not require special hardware. However, large volumes of remote signatures are usually more expensive than local signatures (see below).

What did you not like?

In the meantime Skribble changed its pricing. Before, occasional usage was free. Now, there is a minimum price of 36 CHF per month for creating qualified electronic signatures (QES). QES are only availbe in the pro pricing. Even for heavy users this is expensive, because this includes only 120 QES per year. More QES come at an additional price. For example, the Estonian e-residency costs only 100€ per 5 years and offers the creation of unlimited qualified electronic signatures.

What did you like?

The interface is clearly structured and intuitive, and the prices are reasonable. Also, the different tiers of validity strength offer flexibility for different purposes. Moreover, I appreciate that a Swiss company offers this service for German citizens, as there are no or only limited capabilities to sign documents electronically with our national ID.

What did you not like?

The new method for registering for the highest tier of validity strength was a bit complicated – separate app, took a while to register, separate fee. Otherwise, the Skribble services are easy to use and work smoothly.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I have clients in countries that use electronic signature as a default, which is not the case in Germany, where I operate. Skribble was an easy solution to this problem and offers the same validity as an electronic signature with ID card.

Die Umsetzung ist sehr einfach, dank Skribble kann ich Dokumente sehr rasch rechtskräftig nach CH- oder EU-Standard unterzeichnen. Auch das einmalige Einrichten ging sehr einfach. Muss trotzdem der Support beansprucht werden, erhält man umgehend eine sehr kompetente Antwort. Ich bin mit der Anwendung sehr zufrieden.

It is easy to make an account, easy to use in general. Documents are signed easy and it is a great tool to be able to sign important documents

What did you not like?

It is sometimes hard to know what the error means. I had issues with not getting an sms but it could not explain why, it would be good with more "help"

Es überzeugt durch seine einfaches Interface und schönes Design, die das digitale Signieren von Dokumenten effizient und sicher macht.

What did you not like?

Die Mechanik dahinter sollte transparenter gestaltet werden. Es ist nicht ganz klar warum diese Signatur gültig ist wie sie ist. Auch ob internationale Kunden mit internationalen Handynummern diese Option auch nutzen können.

Verträge zu versenden ist meist aufwendig, vor allem ins Ausland. Oft klappt es dann meist nicht wie gewünscht oder eine Signatur wird vergessen trotz den grossen gelben Pfeilen. Mit Skribble geht alles viel schneller.

Toller und einfacher Prozess, sehr unkompliziert in der Handhabung. Teams können einfach eingerichtet werden, Dokumente sind unglaublich schnell visiert und verarbeitet.

Bezahlmodell: Nur einmal jährlich kündbar. Zudem scheint es ein Problem mit dem Sichern des Passworts oder dem "eingeloggt bleiben" zu geben. Ich muss mich jeden Tag von neuem anmelden.

Der Login Prozess ist etwas unhandlich. Passwort-Abfragen werden zum Teil doppelt durchgeführt, was sich sicherlich irgendwie abstellen liesse.

Ich arbeite nun seit gut 1.5 Jahren mit Scribble. Das unterzeichnen mit Scribble ist einfach und schnell. Ich kann von überall aus Dokumente signieren. Für mich ein wesentlicher Entscheidfaktor Scribble zu wählen, war die Möglichkeit den Namen meiner Signatur anzupassen. Als verheiratete Frau habe ich einen Doppelnamen. Als Anwältin führe ich jedoch nur meinen einfachen Namen, da ich nicht will, dass meine Privatadresse über den Namen meines Ehemannes gefunden werden kann. Bei Scribble ist das unkompliziert möglich .Scribble ist übersichtlich und ansprechend gestaltet. Das signieren geht schnell.

Es gibt im Moment nichts, was ich ändern würde. Bin zufrieden wie es ist ! Kein Verbesserungspotential im Moment für mich

Für mich ist alles gut nachvollziehbar und ich werde gut durch die ganze Web-Oberfläche geführt. Es ist einfach, Unterschriften für Dokumente einzuholen.

What did you not like?

Das mehrstufige Verfahren mit Login auf Skribble, danach signieren und via Passwort und dann noch sms ist eine etwas mühsame Arbeit. Mit einer App auf dem iPhone und Mobile ID wäre es intuitiver, einfacher nutzbar.

What did you like?

Die Schnelligkeit und die Validität der Unterschrift. Elektronischer Rechtsverkehr wird so möglich. Zudem kann man seine eigene Unterschrift einlesen, was ich persönlicher finde und gut.

What did you not like?

Manchmal (selten) lässt sich die Signatur nicht an den vorgesehenen Platz verschieben. Das muss ein Bug sein. Es wäre schön, wenn Ihr den beheben könntet.

Seit ich Skribble nutze, hat sich mein Volumen an physischen Einschreiben um über 95% verringert. Ich kann elektronische Eingaben versenden, muss nichts mehr ausdrucken, arbeite effizienter, schneller und schone die Umwelt. Das alles spart nicht nur Zeit und Nerven, sondern auch Geld. Mein Papierverbrauch ist massiv gesunken.

Edas Programm ermöglichte eine einfache Bearbeitung und Platzierung der Unterschriften in einem Dokument. Funktioniert einwandfrei und ist rasch erledigt.

What did you not like?

Die E-Signatur mit grosse Plandokumente >A3 hat noch mit Problemenzu kämpfen (Verschiebung der Unterschriftenfelder)

Wir hatten eine tolle Beratung vor der Entscheidung Skribble zu nutzen. Es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Durch die kinderleichte Anwendung, die Auswahl an verschiedenen Modellen und Sicherheitsstufen der Unterschrift, haben wir uns dann für Skribble entschieden. Mittlerweile nutzen wir es seit fast 1 Jahr und unsere Firma ist total begeistert von der schnellen Abwicklung und Handhabung.

What did you not like?

Manchmal landet die E-Mail zur Unterschrift bei den Mitarbeitern im Spam-Ordnern. Dadurch muss man wieder eine Erinnerung rausschicken.

Direkte und schnelle Signatur, egal ob die Person vor Ort ist oder Remote. Es ist sehr effizient und hat unseren Arbeitsablauf sehr verbessert.

Das Dokumentenmanagement ist simpel und weitgehend selbsterklärend. Das Login ist bemessen an der Sicherheitsanforderungsstufe einfach.

What did you not like?

Für die wenigen Unterschriften, die ich benötige, ist Skribble zu teuer. Mit der Möglichkeit der elektronischen Unterschrift wurde ein Bedürfnis geschaffen, das zu 99.99% nie benötigt wird. Wir arbeiten nach Treu und Glauben und machen keine Geschäfte mit "Unterschriftenfälschern".

Skribble löst keine Probleme. Ich nutze Skribble lediglich, weil es von Geschäftspartnern gewünscht wird.

Skribble ist sehr einfach im Handling für den Online-Abschluss von Verträgen mit rechtsverbindlicher Unterschrift. Mit wenigen Klicks lässt sich ein Dokument unterschreiben. Dieses steht mir sofort zum Download bereit.

What did you not like?

Bisher habe ich noch nichts gefunden. Es wäre aber praktisch, wenn ich auch als Nutzer ohne Konto meine unterzeichneten Dokumente mittels Link zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt herunterladen könnte und diese dann, sobald ich ein Konto erstellt habe, im Konto einsehbar wären.

Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach. Geschäfte lassen sich so online noch viel einsamer abwickeln, weil Unterschriften sehr einfach am Bildschirm geleistet werden können.

Der Skribble Dienst ist aufs Wesentliche reduziert und macht es somit einfach, Dokumente mit wenigen Klicks zu signieren. Das User Interface ist schlank und übersichtlich, die Optionen schnell zu finden. Was das Onboarding von Firmenkunden betrifft, kann ich Skribble und deren Customer Success Manager nur loben. Sehr freundlich, kundenorentiert, gehen auf Bedürfnisse ein, bieten Unterstützung an umd erfragen auch regelmässig Feedback. Man fühlt sich wirklich gut aufgehoben und geschätzt.

What did you not like?

In technischer Hinsicht fehlen Skribble noch einige Features, welche wir als Firmenkunde begrüssen würden. (Ich möchte hier nicht ins Detail gehen) Aber die Erfahrung zeigt, dass fehlende Features oft nicht lange auf sich warten lassen, bis sie von Skribble implementiert werden. (Kundenfeedback wird ernst genommen)

Papierloses Büro: Unterzeichnung von Dokumenten, ohne sie in Papier vor sich haben zu müssen. Home Office wird dadurch möglich und sogar auf dem Smartphone kann signiert werden.

Sehr einfache Handhabung des Tools. Versuchen dem Kunden einen Mehrwert zu bieten, gehen auf Anregungen des Kunden ein. Positives Start-up Feeling spürbar.

Eine Einbindung in die bestehende Software ist zwar möglich. Möglicherweise wär die Einbindung einfach, die Hürde mich dem Projekt anzunehmen scheint mir aber zu hoch.

Wir unterschreiben fast täglich Revisionsberichte für die Kunden. Die grössten Nutzen sehe ich im Zeitgewinn und der Möglichkeit, ortsunabhängig Dokumente 24/7 unterschreiben zu können.
