What is RELATIAL_?

RELATIAL_ is a SaaS solution intended to serve as a central location for marketing materials, campaigns, and other marketing applications for users. With the help of RELATIAL_, marketing order processes are digitized. This allows users to manage their partner network in digital assets and independently create content according to the corporate design (self-service publishing through smart templates). The access of the users can be centrally controlled with the software. Likewise, the master data of all MarTech applications are managed in one place to get transparency about the use of your marketing materials. The functions offer a variety of combination possibilities to represent processes. The software is aimed at medium-sized companies and corporations. RELATIAL_ offers a free software demo. What did you like?

Uns ist es gelungen mit der Einführung von Relatial auch Partner zu überzeugen, die sich eher schwer tun mit der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterial. Dass schlussendlich alles in anspruchsvollem Corporate Design stattfinden soll, macht es um so herausfordernder. In unter 5min können nun vordefinierte Flyer individualisiert und erstellt werden.

What did you not like?

Teils längere Ladezeiten des Chili Editors, was sich aber dennoch im Rahmen bewegt. Änderung der individuellen Inhalte wäre manchmal leichter direkt auf dem Blatt zu machen, anstatt in der nebenstehenden Eingabemaske. Dokumentennamen dürfen beim Speichern keinen Umlaut haben (ä=ae).

Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterial in Corporate Design. Hilfreiches Tool speziell für all die, die sonst wenig mit Marketing bzw. Kommunikation zu tun haben. Medien-Datenbank und editierbares Kommunikationsmaterial in einem Tool.

Unsere Inhouse Agentur wird durch das Tool stark entlastet, da die Erstellung von Marketingmaterialen nun direkt durch die Landesgesellschaften erfolgen kann. Internationale Marketingverantwortliche benötigen keinen Agentursupport mehr, sondern können ohne Grafikprogrammkenntnisse CI-konforme Kommunikationsmedien produzieren. Dies spart deutlich Zeit und Geld.

What did you not like?

Folgende Weiterentwicklungen wären sehr vorteilhaft für uns: Adaption von Videos, Produktion animierter Online Banner, Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen an einem Template.

Aus HQ-Sicht: Unsere Inhouse Agentur kann sich seit der Einführung des Tools verstärkt der Konzeption neuer Kampagnen und strategische Aufgaben widmen. Aus Sicht der Landesgesellschaften: Marketingmaterialien können durch unabhängiges Arbeiten stets termingerecht produziert werden.

vielen Dank für dein positives Feedback. Wir freuen uns, dass RELATIAL_ sowohl eure Inhouse-Agentur als auch eure Anwenderinnen in den Ländergesellschaften die Arbeit erleichtert bzw. Zeit für andere Dinge gibt. Auch freut es uns, dass „Nicht-Grafiker“ selbstständig gutes Kommunikationsmaterial erstellen können.

Mit dem nächsten Produktupdate werden wir die Funktion „Sharing & Collaboration“ ausrollen, die die Zusammenarbeit bzw. das Teilen von Templates ermöglichen wird. Ebenso kommt in den nächsten Monaten die Adaption von animierten Online-Bannern.

What did you like?

Relatial offers a scalable brand platform on which companies can easily manage their users, marketing/IT tools, campaigns, and communication assets. It’s an integrated platform brands can use to create, order, manage, share, and own any content asset. It integrates CHILI GraFx, the leading Creative Automation tech to boost the production of multichannel print or digital output variations, as a standard. This gets complemented by such Relatial functions as „Sharing & Collaboration“. Relatial applies ecommerce workflows so users can easily manage their marketing activities, making the experience very user-friendly. Even without any training.

What did you not like?

It doesn’t allow to individualize video or animated content directly... yet.. but this is just a matter of time.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It’s perfect for organizations of any size who want everyone in the company to have easy access and let everyone order, create or adapt marketing content.
