Die Oberfläche ist extrem intuitiv und visuell ansprechend gestaltet, sodass man auch komplexe Daten leicht versteht. Alles läuft reibungslos und sollte man doch Fragen haben, ist der Support super responsive. Insgesamt fühlt sich das Tool nicht nur leistungsstark, sondern auch modern und benutzerfreundlich an.

Die Prompt-Vorschläge von Peec haben mir zusätzliche Ideen geliefert (z. B. Pre-/Post-Workout-Wording und deutsch/englische Varianten). Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Onboarding anfangs etwas komplex wirken kann, wenn man sich noch nicht mit AI-basierten Analysetools beschäftigt hat. Die Einarbeitungszeit könnte hier etwas kürzer sein, um noch schneller in den vollen Funktionsumfang einzutauchen.

I’ll be honest: I have a soft spot for good data – and an even bigger need for clarity. Peec.ai delivers both, with impressive precision. What I love most is how effortlessly I can dig deep: Which LLMs mention us? In what context? With what sources? It feels like getting a backstage pass to the world of generative AI.
On top of that, the support team doesn’t just reply – they actually understand what you're trying to figure out. One time, they walked us through a complex question about source weighting in a 30-minute call, complete with examples, PDFs, and a follow-up email.
And honestly: Peec isn’t a data graveyard. It’s a living, breathing analysis tool – with alerts, filters, source maps, trend lines, and model-level breakdowns that make the data actionable, not just overwhelming.
What did you not like?
If I’m being fair: sometimes I just want a quick “yes or no” on whether we’re mentioned in a prompt – and 15 minutes later, I’m still deep in dashboards, discovering patterns I didn’t even ask for. It’s a bit of a data rabbit hole (in the best and worst way).
Also: pricing isn’t super transparent. We’re on a solid enterprise plan, but if you’re a smaller business, I’d suggest having a coffee and a budget talk first.

Pricing ist sagen wir mal Undurchsichtig. Wir haben einen guten Enterprise-Deal. Aber wer Peec als kleineres Unternehmen nutzen will, sollte vorher einen Budget-Kaffee trinken.

Wir wussten nicht, wie oder ob unsere Marke in ChatGPT und Co. überhaupt vorkommt. Peec AI gibt uns erstmals echte Transparenz darüber, wie generative KI-Modelle wie GPT, Claude oder Perplexity über uns denken, also ob und in welchem Kontext unsere Marke genannt wird, bei welchen Fragen, mit welchen Quellen, im Vergleich zu welchen Wettbewerbern. Ohne Peec wäre das komplett Blackbox. Peec AI liefert uns einen messbaren AI Visibility Score, Heatmaps und konkrete Antworten aus den Modellen. Wir sehen genau, wo wir auftauchen, wo wir fehlen und warum. Das ermöglicht uns erstmals, gezielte Optimierungsmaßnahmen zu planen, ähnlich wie im SEO. Nur eben für LLMs.

Ich liebe es, wie granular das Tool arbeitet. Es sagt uns nicht nur ob wir erwähnt werden, sondern wie, woher und in welchem Kontext. Das ist wie ein Heatmap-Tracking für AI-Texte. Einfach wild. Endlich verstehen wir, warum ChatGPT uns bei bestimmten Fragen überhaupt erwähnt. Ist es ein Blogbeitrag, unser eigener Content oder ein Händlerkatalog? Das hilft uns brutal bei der Content-Strategie. Sehr große Flexibilität bei den Prompts, wir experimentieren viel z. B. mit saisonalen Keywords („Oster-Süßigkeiten kaufen“, „veganer Adventskalender“) und Peec AI zieht das alles in die Analyse rein, ohne dass wir extra rumfrickeln müssen.

Für kleinere Unternehmen ist Peec AI vermutlich ein Brocken. Für uns lohnt’s sich, weil wir strategisch arbeiten, aber wer nur zwei Prompts im Monat tracken will, ist hier overpowered. Wir bekommen die Daten, die wir brauchen, aber bei all den coolen Insights würde ich mir manchmal ein Dashboard wünschen, das auch optisch knallt. Gerade für interne Reports oder wenn ich das dem Chef zeige, wären ein paar mehr interaktive Charts nice.

Sichtbarkeit ist alles. Nur, was bringt dir der beste Adventskalender mit Nougatfüllung, wenn ChatGPT deinen Markennamen nicht kennt? Genau deshalb sind wir bei Peec AI gelandet. Und ich sag's mal so, dieses Tool ist wie ein Zuckerschock für unser KI-Sichtbarkeits-Tracking im besten Sinne. Unsere Hauptfrage war, wie sichtbar ist unsere Marke in der neuen Welt der AI-Search? Denn während wir SEO-technisch ganz gut dastehen, wollten wir wissen, wie z. B. ChatGPT über uns sprechen. Oder ob sie uns überhaupt erwähnen. Spoiler: Anfangs eher selten. Wir vergleichen uns mit Wettbewerbern, das war ein Aha-Moment. Zu sehen, wie oft unsere größten Konkurrenten genannt werden im Vergleich zu uns?

Mir gefallen die suggested prompts nicht sonderlich. Diese sind oft sehr off, vielleicht hilft hier ein Zwischenschritt mit etwas mehr Fragen oder eine Anbindung an die Google Search Console.
