What did you not like?

Bisher läuft das System nahezu fehlerfrei. Von daher habe ich keine negativen Punkte. Ich bin wunschlos glücklich.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

feste 1:1-Vergabe und den hohen Homeoffice-Anteil lag unsere tatsächliche Auslastung bei nur 50 % – trotz einer langen Warteliste. Das konnten wir so lösen. Zudem haben wir die Lademöglickeit integriert. Alles aus einer App.

Unsere Mitarbeitenden schätzen die einfache und intuitive Reservierungsmöglichkeit, die Nummererkennung und die Möglichkeit bei besetztem Stellplatz unkompliziert umzubuchen.

What did you not like?

Im Moment sehen wir keine Funktionen welche für uns relevant sind. Bei der Aktualisierung von abgelaufenen Kreditkarten haben wir zum Teil Probleme, das es nicht funktioniert.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Die Auslastung der Parkfläche ist optimiert worden und die Mitarbeitenden Zufriedenheit betreffend parken hat enorm zugenommen.
