What did you like?
I moved to Germany without any prior knowledge of local accounting or tax regulations, and Norman made the entire process easy to understand. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, even for someone without an accounting background.
Managing invoices and financial reporting is straightforward, and I can prepare and submit my quarterly reports for my Gewerbe independently.
The customer support team is very responsive and helpful, especially when dealing with specific German tax questions.
What did you not like?
So far, I haven’t encountered any serious issues or limitations that affect my monthly use.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Norman helps me manage accounting and tax reporting in Germany without needing deep knowledge of local regulations. As an expat and small business owner, it solves the problem of understanding German tax requirements, VAT handling, and quarterly reporting.
The main benefit is that I can independently prepare and submit my reports for my Gewerbe with confidence, saving both time and money that would otherwise be spent on external accountants.

Die Plattform hilft bei allen wichtigen Steuerangelegenheiten, zum Beispiel bei der Einnahmenüberschussrechnung, der Einkommenssteuer, der Umsatzsteuer, der Gewerbesteuer und der ZM-Meldung.Die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv und die Anmeldung als Freiberufler war unkompliziert. Mit Norman löse ich das Problem der komplizierten Steuerverwaltung als Selbstständige. Ich spare viel Zeit, weil mir KI-Autopilot bei vielen Aufgaben hilft, zum Beispiel bei der EÜR, Einkommenssteuer, Umsatzsteuer, Gewerbesteuer und ZM. Außerdem ist die Benutzeroberfläche einfach und macht den Prozess stressfreier und effizienter.
