- Full Picture, find things regular analytics cannot unveil, Taking Action, Full Picture, find things regular analytics cannot unveil, Taking Action, directly from process insights without switching tools. Great visualization of end-to-end process flows.
What did you not like?
Nothing, all good, But The initial setup and data connection require some technical knowledge. A more guided onboarding would help new users get started faster.

What did you like?
The support answeres in just a few minutes time and usually they also have instantly time for a quick call (latest one day after contacting them - often just with a teams message, so it‘s really quick to get in touch).
What did you not like?
I would say the support to get the insights into actions, so more the Business side. Because on the technical side they are 10/10
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We are looking into our Flow of goods (so returns, idle times, etc.) and with the Data we get, we are prioritizing our saving potentials.

Einfaches Anbinden von Datenquellen, viele Möglichkeiten durch Nutzung großer Plattformen und tolle neue Features, die viele Auswertungen ermöglichen.
What did you not like?
Performance kann bei großen Datenmengen in Qlik teils herausfordernd sein und erfordert mehr Aufwand im Engineering
