We selected Miradore together with https://device.management free MDM Consultance Service - because it was the best fit: Easy to use, Great Pricing, Outstanding Service and an API! With AI nowadays, vey important. Main Contact (Andreas Handler) is doing a great job, when we need consulting. Main Support Contact (Dawid) is also super fast in answering on the Point

There could be a bit more development. There are always new good Features, but we would like to see a bit more.

We manage all our Device with Miradore. Windows for App Installation and Patch Management. Android for Company Smartphones. And iOS for Managing a Measung Devices (Dedicated Device)

The start was very easy. Good tutorials via Youtube help you to set up the MDM. Useful GUI and easy to manage, device administration and rules work very good. I had some queastions and the support was excellent.

Found none until now. So, I have to write here something to match the requested text size :-).

I can easily manage the Devices and maintain the DSGVO rules here in Germany. Pushing apps and rules is easy and make managing our mobile fleet very comfortable.

Sehr nützlich, wenn es darum geht, COPE-Geräte umfassend einzuschränken. Manchmal etwas knifflig aufgrund der Vielzahl an Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, doch genau das macht es einfach, die Beschränkungen passgenau auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse abzustimmen. Das Web-Frontend ist übersichtlich und die Performance wirklich gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erscheint angemessen. Hervorragender Support – ich bin seit über 30 Jahren in der IT tätig, und der Support von Miradore zählt zu den drei besten, mit denen ich je zu tun hatte.

Nachteile? Ich habe bisher keine echten Nachteile gefunden. Ja, es gibt hunderte von Einstellmöglichkeiten, vor allem wenn man zusätzlich das Knox Service Plugin für Android Geräte verwendet - aber wenn man etwas try & error betreibt bekommt man das meiste gelöst und ansonsten: Support... selten so einen grandiosen Support bekommen.

Wer mit COPE Devices bzw. MDM zu tun hat und mit seiner Lösung evtl. nicht ganz so zufrieden ist, der sollte sich mal Miradore anschauen.
