What did you like?
Mit Viva Goals haben wir eine Microsoft-integrierte Möglichkeit gefunden, OKRs zu organisieren. Objectives and Key Results lassen sich einfach erstellen, zuordnen und monitoren. Es gibt Diagramme für den Gesamtfortschritt und einzelne OKR-Sets.
What did you not like?
Es fehlen aktuell noch Lese-Lizenzen, sodass Teammitglieder auch Zugriff haben. Manchmal werden vormals falsch zugeordnete Sets dennoch weiter angezeigt. Auch nach Bearbeitung. Viva Goals ist aktuell noch nicht auf Deutsch verfügbar.

Mit Viva Goals haben wir eine visuell ansprechende Lösung zum Tracken von OKRs im Unternehmen. Hierdurch werden Fortschritte auch für abteilungsfremde Mitarbeiter sichtbar. Über die Check-in-Funktion sind Kommentare möglich.

What did you like?
Die wöchentliche Mail am Anfang der Woche, um den aktuellen Stand jedes Ziels zu reviewen und damit den Fokus für die Woche zu schaffen, wo Prioritäten gesetzt werden müssen.
What did you not like?
Dass ich keine Projekte unter Key Results, sondern nur unter Goals erstellen kann.

Ich behalte meine Ziele im Blick und kann meine Prioritäten neu schärfen, wenn ich sehe, dass ein Goal zurückfällt oder nicht angegangen wird.
