What did you like?
Mir gefällt am besten die schnelle Ablage von E-Mails bei den zugehörigen Kontakten in unserem CRM. Auch die Anbindung an Slack und Trello nutze ich regelmäßig, um bspw. eingehende Aufgaben auf meinem Trello-Board direkt zu organisieren.
What did you not like?
Mir fehlt die Synchronisation aus dem CRM zu Outlook. Das wäre ein cooles Feature, wenn ich mir Informationen usw. über einen Kunden direkt in Outlook anzeigen könnte.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Ich habe täglich mit Kunden und Support-Anfragen zu tun. Da hilft mir Mailissa die gesamte E-Mail Kommunikation direkt dem Kunden im CRM anzuhängen.

Flexible Lösung zur Ablage von E-Mails
What did you like?
Wir nutzen Mailissa zur Ablage von E-Mails in unser CRM teamleader sowie zur Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Aufgaben in Trello. Beide Anwendungen konnte ich mit den Standard-Konnektoren in wenigen Sekunden für unsere Umgebung einrichten.
What did you not like?
Das Auswählen der Ziele in einem Konnektor ist aktuell noch nicht optimal. Nach Rücksprache mit den Entwicklern soll aber in Kürze eine Baumnavigation erscheinen, die eine einfachere und intuitivere Auswahl ermöglicht. Aktuell nutzen wir daher viel die Favoriten-Funktionen, um wiederkehrende Ablageorte schnell auszuwählen.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir lösen mit Mailissa die Ablage in verschiedene Business-Anwendungen (derzeit Trello, teamleader CRM, Sharepoint). Durch den Einsatz von Mailissa benötigen wir nur ein Add-In in Outlook, der uns mit allen Anwendungen verbindet. Es gibt wohl noch weitere Funktionen, die wir derzeit aber noch nicht nutzen. Die Favoriten-Funktion hilft und bei der schnellen Wiederholung von Ablagen an den gleichen Zielort.
