Die LIZ-APP hat uns durch die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche und effiziente Funktionen überzeugt. Zudem erleichtert die Echtzeit-Aktualisierung der Arbeitsplatzverfügbarkeit ermöglicht spontane Planänderungen, während die Filteroptionen die Suche nach dem idealen Arbeitsplatz erleichtern. Die Integration von Benachrichtigungen und der freundliche und offene Support runden das positive Bild ab. Insgesamt eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Lösung, die meine Arbeitsweise spürbar verbessert hat und die unser Team nicht mehr missen will. Überzeugt euch selbst und werdet zum OfficeHero ;)

What did you like?

Die einfache Sitzplatzbuchung über das Tool ist mobile wie stationär intuitiv umsetzbar und dabei ist die Abbildung der zur Verfügung stehenden Plätze identisch zur wirklichen Räumlichkeit. Es gibt keine Missverständnisse. Man kann einsehen, welche Kollegen sich für den jeweiligen Tag eingebucht haben und wo sie sitzen.

What did you not like?

Mir gefällt tatsächlich alles. Ein tolles Tool! Schön wäre, wenn automatisiert eingestellt werden würde, dass man den Namen der jeweiligen Person sieht, die einen ausgewählten Platz gebucht hat. Dies muss man immer einmal händisch einstellen - zuvor bleibt man namenlos und man sieht nur, dass ein Platz belegt wurde, aber nicht von wem.

In der Welt von New Work und mobilem Arbeiten ist es teils nicht mehr der Fall, dass in einem Unternehmen jede:r Mitarbeiter:in einen festen Arbeitsplatz im Office hat. LIZ Smart Office ermöglicht dabei, die Woche zu planen und dann bereits zu schauen, wo man sitzen möchte. Auch die Buchung von Konferenzräumen ist mittels des Tools deutlich vereinfacht.

What did you like?

I absolutely love the LIZ Booker app! It's so easy to book desks, meeting rooms, and phone boxes. The design is sleek and beautiful, and the software is super user-friendly. But my favorite part is the colleague system. It's a lifesaver in our huge campus! I always know who's in the office and where they're at. Kudos to the LIZ Booker app for making office life a breeze!

What did you not like?

If I could change one thing it would be that recurring appointments cannot be set. This is especially inconvenient for regular, fixed days of the week, such as team days. Additionally, there is a lack of a consolidated weekly overview of all bookings.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We used to face a major issue with meeting rooms and phone boxes. They would be reserved, but often left unused, causing a lot of frustration. It was incredibly exhausting trying to figure out who had actually booked them. Thankfully, with the LIZ Booker app, this problem is completely solved. The fantastic floor plan overview allows me to instantly see which rooms are still available, making it easy to find and book the right space.

What did you like?

Ich sehe, welche Kolleginnen und Kollegen gerade im Büro sind, und wer zu Hause oder auf Reisen ist. Dazu sehe ich sofort, wo jemand seinen Arbeitsplatz gebucht hat und welche Plätze schon reserviert sind. Zudem werden reservierte, aber nicht genutzte Besprechungsräume über Sensoren automatisch freigegeben.

What did you not like?

Ich wünsche mir, dass die App weiß, in welcher Etage ich meistens buche. Dann fällt die Etagenauswahl weg. Zudem wünsche ich mir ein "What's new?", wenn es eine Produktverbesserung gibt. Das meiste ist intuitiv, doch manchmal weißt mich ein Kollege auf eine Funktion hin, zum Beispiel, dass ich im Grundriss sehen kann, wer gerade einen Platz einnimmt.

Ich weiß, wer gerade im Büro ist und finde die Person schnell. Bei Personen nicht im Büro sehe ich sofort, wer im HomeOffice, wer im Urlaub und wer auf Dienstreise ist. So ist die Zusammenarbeit in einem hybriden Setup einfacher.
