Insbesondere die sehr gute Strategie und Positionierung von COYO im Digital Workplace als Digital Heimat für alle Mitarbeiter:innen, die sich auch in den technischen Grundlagen wiederfindet (z.B. Integration mit MS 365, White Label Mobile App und Anbindbarkeit mehrere User Directories, um auch Mitarbeiter:innen ohne AD-Account zu erreichen)

Eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten für On Premise-Betrieb, was - um es zu relativieren - aber auch nichts Ungewöhnliches mehr ist.

Manche Funktionen lassen sich nicht für jeden Use Case anwenden bzw. anpassen.

Mit COYO konnten wir die interne Kommunikation auf ein neues Level heben und die Top-Down-Kommunikation aufbrechen. Jede:r Mitarbeiter:in hat die Möglichkeit, sich Informationen zu besorgen und kann sich gleichzeitig aktiv am Austausch unter allen Kolleg:innen beteiligen.

What did you like?

Uns gefällt besonders das einfache Handling und die vielen verschiedenen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten (Apps). Außerdem ist der Support immer schnell und freundlich und das Produkt wird laufend weiterentwickelt. Auch die Kunden werden hierbei mit einbezogen - das ist klasse!

Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Coyo ist eine super Intranet Lösung für uns.

Das Intranet verbessert die interne Kommunikation über Abteilungs- und Ländergrenzen hinweg. Man kann leicht Informationen und Dokumente mit allen teilen und reduziert E-Mail Fluten.

Das moderne Design der Plattform und das gesamte Konzept (Gruppen/Raumstruktur)

What did you not like?

An wenigen Stellen noch recht wenig Flexibilität zum Ändern bestimmter Funktionen (zum Verbessern globaler Funktionen und Einstellungen muss auf ein Update gehofft werden. Selbst lassen diese sich nicht umprogrammieren)

Kommunikation zwischen allen Nutzern wird sichergestellt und hervorragend umgesetzt. Personalisierte Nachrichten sind möglich, sodass Nutzer nicht mit allen möglichen Nachrichten zugespammed werden.
