Mit flair komme ich am Abend nicht an den Punkt, wo ich nicht mehr genau weiss wann und wie lange ich Pause gemacht habe. Ich sehe auf einen Blick, wieviel Zeit ich bereits am Arbeiten bin. Alle für mich wichtigen Dokumente sehe ich gebündelt auf einem Tool. Als Teamlead kann ich sogar im Gleichen die Zeiten meiner Mitarbeiter managen, Probezeitgespräche organisieren, Lobe aussprechen und vieles vieles mehr!

Ich benutze flair nun schon über 1.5 Jahre, in dieser Zeit hat das Tool einen riesen Schritt gemacht. Vorhin hat mich vorallem die Mobile App gestört, weil sie relativ neu war und nicht immer fehlerfrei funktioniert hat. Mittlerweile ist die App nahezu perfekt!

Eigenes Timemanagement. Timemanagement meiner Mitarbeiter ohne Kopfschmerzen mit Excel Tabellen. Alles personelle finde ich auf diesem Tool, ich muss mich nicht noch auf 3 anderen Tools einloggen um als Teamlead zu funktionieren. Sogar die Rekrutierung von neuen MA ist einfach ein Charme!

Product was available and easy to install in a sandbox. Showcase by module was very helpful to get a clear understanding of the features. Implementation was seamless with customer support ready and able to assist. Customer support is very transparent and is able to provide timely resolutions.

What did you not like?

Customer support is operating on a different timezone. No integration capability with the most popular local job site.

As a native Salesforce managed-package, it was comfortable for us to tailor fit the application with our processes and do automation with our other native Salesforce business applications.

What did you like?

Die grundlegenden Funktionen wie Time Tracking und Absences sind grundsolide, aber mit tollen Details wie internationalen Feiertagen etc. werden sie unbezahlbar. Skalierbarkeit: Auch bei einem kleinen Team funktioniert flair wunderbar, die Stärken werden jedoch erst bei schnellem Wachstum klar, wenn Multiposts, Onboarding und Dokumenten Management richtig zur Geltung kommen. Der seit der Einrichtung super zuvorkommende und schnelle Kundenservice beeindruckt auch immer wieder.

Der Einstieg fiel etwas schwer, wenn man noch nie mit einer HR Software gearbeitet hat, aber dank schnellem Support und ausführlicher Einführung läuft inzwischen alles wie geschmiert. Außerdem treten immer mal wieder kleine Bugs auf und ab und zu fehlen Funktionalitäten für unseren expliziten Use-Case, aber dank der schnellen Kommunikation mit dem Team von flair, kann immer alles im Nu geregelt werden.

Leicht zu handhaben mit der Mobile App. Managen von Stunden und Urlaubsabwesenheiten funktioniert sehr intuitiv. Die automatisierten Prozesse helfen sehr. Das alles funktioniert, muss man natürlich alle Daten entsprechend pflegen. Der Support ist stets freundlich und bearbeitet Themen schnell. Gut ist auch die Schnittstelle zu DATEV.

Insgesamt bin ich mit der Software sehr zufrieden. Kleinere Bugs sind normal, welche aber sehr schnell vom Support gelöst/adressiert werden.

Der Kundenservice von flair antwortet schnell, ist sehr gut erreichbar und setzt Wünsche und Anliegen rasch um. Zudem ist das Tool sehr personalisierbar und intuitiv zu verwenden - für die "normalen" Nutzer wie unsere Mitarbeitenden benötigt es eigentlich nicht wirklich ein Onboarding, da die Bedienung ziemlich leicht ist. Die App funktioniert ebenfalls gut und wird von unseren Mitarbeitenden noch mehr als die Browser-Version benutzt.

What did you not like?

Teilweise ist es für alle Leute, die im "Hintergrund" mit flair arbeiten (zum Beispiel ich als HR) nicht ganz so einfach, alle Funktionen von Salesforce zu verstehen. Ab und zu benötigt das Suchen einer Information etwas zu viele Klicks und ist zu umständlich und dauert deshalb zu lange, aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Mit flair kann ich sehr gute reports ziehen, was insbesondere für die Beratung unseres Managements sehr praktisch ist. Das ist ein grosses Problem, welches flair lösen kann. Zudem ist es extrem personalisierbar und hier gibt es praktisch keine Limits, was ich sehr schätze. Es ist ein einfaches und praktisches Tool, um mit einem Startup / Growth Up sehr schnell zu skalieren.

We are pleased with everything that flair.hr has to offer, although I prefer the admin license UI over the manager and employee hubs.

I really like the certification page where we list our recent achievements, not many softwares have it and you feel forgoten about the promotions reasons. Flair manages them quite well. Besides this as well the holiday request

Von dort laufen Bewerbungen direkt ins CRM und können dort mit Unterstützung von Automatisierung bearbeitet werden. New hires erhalten eine Einladung zum flair Hub, wo sie durch ihre Onboarding journey begleitet werden, und administrative tasks wie Urlaubsanträge oder Kostenerstattungen intuitiv und schnell durchführen können. Weitere touchpoints sind beispielsweise performance managements im Zuge des OKR Prozesses.

What did you like?

We have tried using other solutions for our HR requirements over the past few years, however we were never really 100% happy with them, hence us deciding to see if Flair HR was the application for us. I can honestly say we have not been disappointed. In fact, quite the opposite! From day one the team at Flair ensured the implementation aligned directly with our requirements by making sure that the features were tailored to our exact requirements and way of working. That has helped massively with the user adoption of the application, an issue we've really struggled with previously. The application is also very well designed, making it very simple to use. One other standout point is that whilst we fortunately don't require a huge amount of ongoing support, whenever we do, the customer service team at Flair are always very quick to respond, and always ensure our query or request is addressed to our satisfaction as fast as possible. We highly recommend the Flair HR application to any business needing an HR software solution and thanks to the team at Flair for all of your support!

Der strukturierte Feedbackprozess im Recruiting Bereich von Flair. Dort kann man einfach mit den Teamkollegen kollaborieren, Feedback zurücklassen und Tasks assignen die zentral im Salesforce-Dashboard ersichtlich sind.

What did you not like?

Fällt mir gerade nichts ein. Dadurch dass man eine Flair-Oberfläche hat und dieselben Prozesse auch in Salesforce erledigen kann (im Flair Modul von Salesforce) hat man eventuell zu viel Flexibilität in der Handhabung.

Recruiting Funnel (end to end), unser Personalmanagement und das Expense Management sind die wichtigsten Prozesse für uns und sind alle zentral gemanaged in flair mit sehr einfacher Benutzeroberfläche auf einer doch "komplexeren" Infrastruktur i.e. Salesforce. Flair is very user friendly. The back-end interface works intuitively. However, if anything remains unclear there are many instructions (written of video) and support is fast and helpfull.

What did you not like?

No comment. Flair runs on the salesfore platform, this can be seen as a disadvantage if you don't have or are not willing to use salesforce. But I see this as a great advantage: seemless integration and data.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Flair helped us growing our business. HR processes are now simplified, requiring little time and energy so we can focus on our impact and mission. Especially the workflows work great. Our new employers can follow our Flair onboarding and are very fast up to speed.

That it integrates with SalesForce, so no need for a brand new database. Also that it is very easy to use and all the information I need is right there at my finger tips.

What did you not like?

It is a bit tricky to setup if you do not know SalesForce in detail. An administrator or super user would be needed to help set it up.

Holiday management is a big one, before we used spreadsheets but now it is done via Flair and is self managing. Applicant tracking is great as well, we did not have a specific applicant tracking system. Now that we do it has greatly improved the recruitment process.

What did you like?

Die Tatsache, dass es auf Salesforce basiert, das wir als unser „Unternehmensbetriebssystem“ nutzen, ermöglicht es uns, alle unsere HR-Prozesse perfekt in den Rest unserer Abläufe zu integrieren. Sein Employer Hub dient unseren Mitarbeitern als perfektes, klares und sauberes Frontend, um ihre Zeit zu erfassen, Urlaub zu beantragen, ihre Ziele zu verfolgen usw. Auch die öffentliche Karriereseite, die sich perfekt in unseren Recruiting-Workflow integriert, ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich vermute, dass es sehr schwierig sein wird, eine Lösung mit einem ähnlich umfangreichen Angebot zu den wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen von Flair zu finden. Hinzu kommt der erstklassige Support, diese Lösung lässt für uns keine Wünsche offen.

What did you not like?

Es gibt Raum für Verbesserungen bei den Zielen und der Leistungsverfolgung. Außerdem freue ich mich auf eine neue Version ihrer mobilen App, die noch nicht mit dem Desktop-Angebot mithalten kann.

Wir nutzen es für einen schlanken HR-Betrieb, ohne eine Vielzahl von Tools für die verschiedenen Aspekte des HR verwalten zu müssen – von Verwaltungsaufgaben wie Zeiterfassung und Genehmigung über die Personalbeschaffung bis hin zur Karriereentwicklung.

What did you like?

Die Nutzeroberflächte des Employee Hubs ist graphisch schön und auch einfach verständlich. Die wichtigsten Funktionen sind schnell erkennbar und die Mitarbeitenden benötigen kaum bis keine Unterstützung bei der Verwendung des Employee Hubs.

What did you not like?

Die größte Schwierigkeit besteht bei der richtigen Einrichtung aller Einstellungen und Regeln in der Salesforce Integration von Flair HR. Hierbei ist nicht immer ersichtlich, wo was eingerichtet werden muss. Das kann dann wiederum die einfache Nutzung des Employee Hubs beeinträchtigten (wenn z.B. Überstunden nicht richtig angezeigt werden). Die größte Veränderung, die wir uns wünschen würden, wäre eine Gesamtübersicht der Überstunden pro Mitarbeitenden für die jeweiligen Manager aber auch für die Mitarbeitenden individuell.

Der größte Vorteil ist die schnelle und einfache Zeiterfassung, sowie die Recruiting Funktion. Diese ermöglicht ein reibungsloses Vorgehen bei Stellenausschreibungen und beim Bewerbermanagement.

What did you like?

Die Migration mit Salesforce ist sehr gut gelungen. Außerdem ist der Support schnell und hilfreich. Flair bietet die Möglichkeit die Software unternehmensspezifisch anzupassen.

What did you not like?

Die Veränderung der Software ist zwar möglich allerdings beim ersten Mal etwas kompliziert. Ansonsten ist das Produkt sehr nützlich sodass es wenig Kritik gibt!
