Sofort mobil alles nötige erfassen. Die Belege werden direkt online weitergeleitet an meinen Vorgesetzten zur Prüfung. Vom Smartphone aus.

What did you not like?

Zu Anfang nicht unbedingt selbsterklärend. Es brauchte eine detailierte Anleitung vom Admin in der Firma.

What did you like?

Das Vorlesen von Dokumenten ist gut. Den Dokumenten werden auch bei schlechter Fotoqualität die richtigen Beträge und Titel zugewiesen.

What did you not like?

Keine Möglichkeit, eigene Regeln zu erstellen. Beispiel: Eine Rechnung für ein Hotel im Ausland wird direkt der Kategorie XYZ zugeordnet.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Deutlich weniger Zeitaufwand für die Bearbeitung von Reisekosten.

What did you like?

You can attach more than one expenses in a rapport and that you can easily add more receipts. The category function works good as well.

What did you not like?

If you want to declare one expense, you have to make one rapport as well. Feels a bit repetitive.

What did you like?

It's very easy to use and gets constant updates. Managing travel expenses is a breeze now. The mobile app is also not overloaded and it syncs fast with the browser version.

What did you not like?

It might not be so intuitive for everyone when using the first time. But you get used to it quickly.

What did you like?

As a finance controller the software is easy to set up and create workflows for your employees. If used correctly by users there is zero loss of receipts.

What did you not like?

We work with an older ERP system so it is not easy / possible to import data. Further the Dutch Werkkostenregeling is not integrated in Declaree.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It saves our sales representatives who or on the road a lot an immense amount of tome for their administration.

What did you like?

Car planning with kilometers, only put destination and everything is auto calculated. Another important aspect is the user friendly interface

What did you not like?

I used several apps and it is difficult to say what I dislike because basically I like everything.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

All the expenses tracking that if you travel a lot is really important. Benefits: autoscan of the invoices.

What did you like?

So muss das Abrechnen von Reisekosten funktionieren. Unkompliziert, quasi selbsterklärend, schnell und übersichtlich. Toll, dass man sowohl via APP als auch via PC abrechnen kann. Am besten finde ich das sehr unkomplizierte Erfassung von Belegen.

What did you not like?

Es gibt aus meiner Sicht nichts zu bemängeln. Für mich eine super Software die das Thema RKA-Abrechnung sehr erleichtert

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Früher lief bei uns die RKA via Excel-Listen. Kompliziert, langwierig und wenig übersichtlich. Mit Declaree ist es genau das Gegenteil.

What did you like?

Durch die Scann-Funktion mit dem Handy ist es wahnsinnig einfach und vor allem schnell, Belege einzuscannen. Parkhaus-Gebühr am Automat bezahlt, ins Auto einsteigen, schnell den Beleg auf dem Beifahrersitz scannen und schon ist er hochgeladen. Mittlerweile muss man durch die smarten Funktionen auch kaum noch Mehrwertsteuer-Beträge oder Kategorien anpassen, da sie meistens richtig erkannt werden. Super!

What did you not like?

Wenn doch mal ein komplizierterer Beleg dabei ist, zum Beispiel einer mit unterschiedlichen MwSt.-Sätzen, die nicht sofort erkannt werden, muss man ein bisschen rumprobieren, bis es klappt. Ein Info-Feld bei der Option "Mehrere MwSt-Sätze" wäre hilfreich.

Kaum noch Zettelwirtschaft, da Belege direkt eingescannt, hochgeladen und im Prinzip danach entsorgt werden können. Auch Bahntickets etc. können direkt als PDF importiert werden. Es spart unfassbar viel Zeit.

1.Less paper work and easy to upload the receipts without scanning and saving the bills. 2. Easy to navigate through the application 3. The Pliant card holders find it easy to upload the credit card expenses

What did you not like?

Couldn't find an option to download all the commuting expenses in one report based on the different commuting types

What did you like?

Bevor wir Declaree benutzt haben, musste man jeden einzelnen Beleg für jede Ausgabe immer mit sich führen um nach einem Business Trip seine Abrechnung erfolgreich durchführen zu können. Diese Zettelwirtschaft hat glücklicherweise nun ein Ende und nach jedem Kauf, kann ich meinen Beleg abfotografieren und wegschmeißen - denn Declaree registriert, kategorisiert und speichert sich alle relevanten Informationen.

Es gibt keine negativen Aspekte mit Declaree - eine super Software die vielen Mitarbeitern das Leben erleichert.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Abrechnungs-Zettelwirtschaft? Zum Glück nicht mehr mit Declaree. In verschiedenen Projekten kann ich jegliche Ausgaben loggen und mit einem Klick den Bericht an unsere Finanzabteilung senden. Die Konten der Mitarbeiter sind an Declaree gekoppelt, sodass Abrechnungen nur noch ein Prozess weniger Klicks für alle Beteiligten Mitarbeiter sind. Sehr Zeit sparend und effizient.
