Regelmäßige Success Calls mit persönlicher Beratung. Digitalisierter Prozess, kein Medienbruch, hoher Automationsgrad der Lead-Kommunikation, wöchentliches Reporting.

Nachfass-Mails werden in der Wahrnehmung der Empfänger manchmal zu schnell verschickt.

What did you like?

Das Konzept von ComX erscheint gut, hat für uns aber nicht funktioniert. Die Verkäufer waren kompetent und freundlich. Die abgestuften Mails erscheinen gut, nerven aber in vielen Fällen potentielle Interessenten.

What did you not like?

Wir haben in 3 Monaten ca. 4 Gespräche mit Interessenten geführt, die allesamt zu Null Umsatz geführt haben. Man schliesst einen Vertrag mit einer Mindestlaufzeit von 6 Monaten. Den haben wir wegen Nichterfüllung nach 3 Monaten fristlos und aus wichtigem Grund gekündigt.
