ChannelEngine pricing is designed to grow with you. Unlike platforms that charge per marketplace or per order, we base pricing on your GMV and operational needs, so you can expand to new channels without increasing costs: 1. Onboarding fee: Based on your integration approach, from pre-built plugins (Shopify, Magento) to custom API/EDI integrations for ERP/PIM systems and enterprise architecture. 2. Monthly license fee: Covers everything you need to manage and scale your multichannel operations. Determined by marketplace GMV, SKU count, business units, and geographic scope, ensuring you only pay for the capacity you need. 3. Success-based fee: A percentage of incremental marketplace GMV growth beyond your baseline. We only earn more when you sell more.

Constructive Collaboration with a common goal to create substainable business

What did you like?

ChannelEngine is a good partner to set a working connaction between your company and European (And beyond) Marketplaces. It gives you the right tools (IT+Human) to set channels up build on your Etail Strategie. Having a personal account which helps you translate your demands is a huge plus to progress.

What did you not like?

Based on my expertise, there are still improvements to be done and practical barriers to overcome. Some of these request are planned and eager to go forward. Some are not planned because they need to be build from scratch (No official support from the Marketplace).

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Since Marketplaces are continously evolving and more demanding, Channel Engine keeps up with these changes making sure all your offers remain active.

What did you like?

Channelengine ist eine solide Middelware, die wir für die Marktplätze nutzen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass man viele Marktplätze anbinden kann, da es hier fertige Schnittstellen gibt. Zusätzlich ist die Anbindung sehr einfach.

What did you not like?

Teilweise sind die Anleitungen für die Marktplatz-Anbindungen nicht ausführlich genug, keine smarten Regeln für z.b. Produktdaten, immer wieder Übermittlungsprobleme (vor allem bei großen Volumen an Produktdaten), keine Infos bei Updates der Schnittstellen

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Wir benutzen Channelengine als Middleware für die Marktplätze. Hier sammeln wir die Produktdaten, welche dann pro Marktplatz ausgespielt werden. Das Handling und Onboarding ist sehr einfach gelöst.

What did you like?

Zuerst hat uns der Umfang der Kanäle, die angebunden werden können, überzeugt. Zusätzlich gibt es einige hilfreiche Add-Ons, wie Übersetzungsschnittstellen und Bundle-Funktionen, die uns sehr helfen. Und zu guter Letzt ist das Team einfach unfassbar sympathisch!

What did you not like?

Aktuell gibt es noch keinen vollumfänglichen deutschen Support. Allerdings wurde vor Kurzem ein deutscher Kundenservicemitarbeiter eingestellt, da Channelengine nun bei uns angreift.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Wir können nun Marktplätze anbinden, ohne auf interne EDV-Ressourcen angewiesen zu sein. Das gibt uns die Freiheit neue Kanäle und Länder zu testen. Außerdem können wir durch die Übersetzungsschnittstelle auch ohne Übersetzungsagentur schnell und einfach außerhalb der Kernländer listen.
