Erleichtert meine Arbeit enorm weil es eine Zeitersparnis ist; Viele Details werden festgehalten die vorher vergessen wurden; Es wird eine gute Zusammenfassung erstellt auch bei langen Gesprächen.

System ist zum Teil noch Fehlerhaft. Denke und hoffe aber das es Kinderkrankheiten sind. Zum Teil dauert die Gesprächszusammen Fassung zu lang.

Da ich eher sehr Schreibfaul bin in meiner täglichen Arbeit ist Bliro ein Gewinn für mich. Meine Notizen haben sich deutlich verbessert, sind ausführlicher und für die Kollegen besser zu verstehen. Ich kann dadurch auch produktiver sein und mehr Kd pro Tag bearbeiten .

What did you like?
Bliro allows me to elevate my conversation. I trust Bliro to log all those small but important details, allowing me to actually digest the response of my conversation partner and mentally prepare a response or direction to take the conversation in. The AI generated summaries do wonders to, in a meeting-dense week, quickly recall what has been discussed.
What did you not like?
I'm starting to rely on the tool for the reasons mentioned above. It would be nice to get an indication during the meeting that contributions from all meeting participants are being logged successfully. I would also love to be able to use Bliro on my phone.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
In every meeting where you have an active role, you have to juggle different tasks: listening to understand, digest, take notes, form a reply all the while ensuring that the conversation keeps going in the direction that you would like it to go. The act of notetaking does not 'add value' to the conversation itself; it's a necessary evil to be able to consult and inform peers, and to recall what the action points of the meeting were. Being able to trust Bliro to take care of the note taking and summarizing next actions allows me to be more effective and impactful in my meetings. The fact that I can share summaries as they roll out of Bliro saves me (personal) time at the end of a long day of meetings. I think this will greatly improve the frequency and quality of information shared with peers and superiors as well.

What did you like?
Bliro fasst Gespräche ziemlich genau zusammen und hilft einem auch in komplexen Gesprächen eine detaillierte Zusammenfassung zu erhalten. Die Oberfläche ist leicht zu verstehen und es bedarf keiner großen Einarbeitung. Man kann Highlight erstellen um wichtige Punkte im Gespräch hervorzuheben.
What did you not like?
Bliro könnte etwas schneller zusammenfassen und die Notizen etwas genauer gliedern. Das Toll könnte noch etwas besser integriert werden. Man hat ein eigenes Fenster offen, eine Integration in den Browser oder der Taskleiste wäre beim Arbeiten etwas optimaler.

Bliro fasst Gespräche detailliert zusammen. Man muss keine Notizen mehr nachtragen und kann sich auf andere Aufgaben konzentrieren. Man kann auch nachträglich Gespräche nachschauen.

Bliro.io ist fester Bestandteil meiner täglichen Arbeit geworden, ich dokumentiere sowohl Meetings, Online-Termine und Telefonate mit Bliro. Das macht es total einfach, sich auf das Gespräch zu konzentrieren und hinterher eine komplette Zusammenfassung zu haben.

Ich würde mir noch eine Iphone App wünschen, das würde den nutzen noch wesentlich höher erreichen.

App ist jederzeit verfügbar und mit einem Click aktiviert; zeichnet das Gesprochene narrativ auf; erkennt dabei die unterschiedlichen Beteiligten; dabei wird das gesprochene aus ausführliche Version gespeichert und am Ende mittels einer KI-Engine verdichtet und eine Zusammenfassung mit den Essentials erstellt; diese lässt sich kopieren und/oder automatisiert an andere Anwendungen übergeben (z. B. CRM-Systeme);

bei langen Gespräche leidet die Übersicht; auch sind die Zusammenfassungen gelegentlich zu stark verkürzt und spiegeln nicht immer dem Gesprächsinhalt sinnhaft wieder; da bleibt nur die Nacharbeit, damit Sinn und Zweck in der Zusammenfassung erkennbar bleibt.

Da das Gespräch in textueller Form aufgezeichnet wird, entfällt die parallele Mitschrift mit "Papier und Bleistift". Durch die Highlight-Funktion können mit einem Click ganz schnell wichtige Themenkomplexe besonders gekennzeichnet und mit einer eigenen kontextbezogenen Zusammenfassung hervorgehoben werden; bei längeren Sessions eine sehr hilfreiche Funktion. Damit lassen sich auf wesentliche Inhalte schneller wiederfinden und die Erkenntnisse daraus ableiten. Die Highlights lassen sich eigenständig definieren, sodaß die Anwendung auf die spezifischen Anwendungsfälle justiert werden kann.

Freue mich, sobald es die Möglichkeit gibt das Transkript in die Zwischenablage zu kopieren

Notizen in Meetings sind unzureichend. MIt Bliro kann ich mit voll auf das Gespräch fokussieren udn weiß, dass alle Informationen aus dem gespräch dokumentiert sind

Bliro schreibt das gehörte lückenlos mit, auch bei längeren Gesprächen ist es kein Problem das Tool zu nutzen! Sinnvolle Zusammenhänge werden erkannt und dementsprechend gegliedert. Saubere Struktur der einzelnen Stichpunkte. Außerdem extrem schnell in der Verarbeitung nach einem Call.
What did you not like?
Verbesserungspotential gibt es defintiv bei kürzeren Calls, hier werden teilweise völlig fremde und sinn-freie Punkte aufgeschrieben. Auf dem Mac ist es teilweise so, dass nach einem Call mit Bliro und der Verwendung eines Headsets plötzlich der Ton auf den Lautsprechern ausgegeben wird.

Keine Eigenen Notizen mehr notwenig, große Zeitersparnis. Es wird kein Punkt vergessen wie das bei eigenen notizen der Fall sein kann.

What did you like?
I really enjoy using bliro for my daily work. I can quickly take notes and share my screen at the same time and the tool is very efficient. I also really enjoy the AI notetaker since it really does a great job in summarising the conversation, so I can fully focus on my work rather than stressing over taking good notes. The team is super helpful and great to work with! Keep on doing a great job!
What did you not like?
If I apply some style changes to the text (bulletpoints, bold font, italic etc.) it is then not applied to the tool that is picking up the notes. However, nothing that blocks me from using the tool :)
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Collecting notes in a central place, efficiently. AI notetaker is great for summarising the conversations. I am able to push notes to the CRM tool directly from the app.
