The Assistent.ai phone assistant is suitable for all restaurants that accept table reservations. Assistent.ai supports small, owner-operated restaurants, cafés, taverns, pubs, and fine-dining restaurants as well as restaurant chains.

Assistent.ai uses usage-based pricing with no base fee, meaning you only pay when you actively use your phone assistant.

The pricing is as follows:

• Call fees:
  • € 0.35 per call for the first 300 calls per month
  • € 0.32 per call from the 301st call per month
  • € 0.28 per call from the 751st call per month
• Optional SMS: € 0.10 per SMS, e.g., for confirmations
• Setup fee: €99 only once, due after a free trial period
