What did you like?
I've been working with Accessiway in the context of our consent management platform (consentmanager) and it fits naturally into a broader digital compliance setup. Initial configuration is straightforward and the widget is customisable without requiring heavy dev involvement — which matters a lot for clients already managing consent layers and privacy policies.
The control panel is clean and lets you manage accessibility settings without getting lost in complex configurations. Support is responsive and knowledgeable, which counts when you're working in regulated areas where turnaround time matters.
From a compliance standpoint, the alignment with WCAG standards is a real plus — increasingly relevant given European regulatory requirements like the European Accessibility Act (EAA 2025). For anyone building or managing digital products for EU audiences, having a reliable partner on this front adds concrete value.
Overall: a solid, no-fuss solution for teams that want to handle accessibility seriously without adding operational overhead.
What did you not like?
The reporting side could go a bit deeper — it would be useful to have more granular data on how users interact with the accessibility features. Also, onboarding documentation is solid but could be more detailed for edge cases in complex tech stacks.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We use Accessiway to cover the accessibility compliance layer for our web products, complementing our existing consent management setup. The main benefit is being able to address WCAG requirements without building anything in-house — it saves development time and reduces the risk of gaps in a regulatory area that's becoming harder to ignore, especially with EAA 2025 on the horizon. For a team already managing privacy and consent compliance, having a ready-made, reliable accessibility solution that doesn't require constant maintenance is a real operational win.

I like an on-page widget for content adjustment, like font sizing, text, contrast, and so on. Especially useful for our company blog and website.
What did you not like?
AccessiWay may not be able to fix all accessibility issues automatically, depending on the complexity and structure of your site or app.
