Ordio vs. gastromatic

Ordio is a cloud-based software for workforce management and payroll that automates the entire shift operation. Ordio not only allows for the recording of working hours, but also intuitive shift planning. In addition to preparatory payroll accounting, Ordio can also handle complete payroll including net wages on request with the Payroll Plus add-on. The digital personnel file offers secure and efficient storage of contracts, sick notes, and more. Automated checklists facilitate workflows and ensure that all tasks get done.

With Nano, Ordio goes a step further than conventional software: an autonomous AI agent right inside the workspace. Nano understands a company's planning data and past shifts, spots staffing gaps early, suggests the right shift coverage, and handles recurring tasks in communication, HR, and documents – workforce management that thinks ahead.

The pricing model is calculated per location rather than per employee and flexibly adapts to the needs of each company. The price for Ordio starts at 89 Euros per location per month.
