Fun at Work is a custom development agency focused on software and media companies. The central theme is reducing support workload: recurring requests are analysed, their root causes in the product identified, and resolved through targeted development rather than managed as ticket volume.
Three areas of work feed into each other.
Custom development. Extensions, integrations and internal tools that address specific support pain points: self-service features, automation in onboarding, and reworked error messages and user guidance.
Support enablement. Building knowledge bases, escalation paths and tooling for support teams, including training and the definition of metrics for the handover between support and product development.
Product adoption analytics. Setting up tracking and analysis of which features are used, where people drop off, and where that turns into support volume. The findings feed back into the prioritisation of development and enablement work.
Project scope ranges from a one-off analysis of ticket volume to longer-term work alongside product and support teams. The industry focus is software and media companies with their own products and growing support volume.
