As a Manual QA I need to find ways how can I speed up and optimize all my processes, Varify.io helped me with that because it is easy to use, informations that I need are easy to check and when I'm pushing tests to the live theme they are visible almost immediately.

What did you not like?

Nothing in particular really, I am mostly satisfied, only when they update something I say, oh yeah that makes sense, so I believe that their team will handle every little thing that can be improved.

Mehr Bezug zu Shopify wäre nice. Dokumentationen, die viel mehr ins Detail gehen und auch die Guides mal updaten, da Shopify sich ständig ändert

Every app keeps on updating, new changes. I have very depth experience with other testing tool in market. the experience with varify.io is great , you have the confidence with your client that even if app is upgraded there is no upfront bug that will hamper client website. with Google optimize gone and many other AB testing apps similar or some of that gained market due the need and introducing new feature like Auto alocate , building things with AI but they are loosing the very important thing is "you can't let your customer to be your tester/QA for testing tool" Varify.io is great in this part. They do let client know whats coming. Our other customer in US started using it and they are really liking it.

What did you not like?

I don't have much to dislike , as I am an expert in every testing tool, Working experience is great so far.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

First is the cost benefit, saving many money for clients. launching as many tests we want. Deploying winners using varify.io , implementing a winner on backened always goes through release cycle. Easy to QA , running multiple test same time using varify.io QA widget.

Ich finde Varify bringt alles mit, was man von einem guten AB-Testing Tool erwartet. Wir nutzen es, da wir die Entwicklung eigener Lösungen minimieren und so Entwicklerressourcen wirklich für die Tests einsetzten können. Es ist schnell implementiert, synct Daten mit Webanalytics wie Google Analytics 4 und das Erstellen von Tests ist nach kurzer Einarbeitungszeit recht simpel. Bei Fragen ist Varify sehr responsiv und unterstützt schnell und zuverlässig.

What did you not like?

Bei uns werden die in den Test genutzten Zielgruppen mit GA4 gesynct. Da wir viele Tests erstellt haben, kamen wir mit der Zeit an as Zielgruppenlimit in GA4 und mussten aufräumen. Varify hat hier aber gut reagiert und beim Aufräumen von ungenutzten Zielgruppen unterstützt.

Wie in meiner Beschreibung erwähnt finde ich es klasse, dass Varify in allen Bereichen große Expertise zeigt. Sowohl bei der Umsetzung von Experimenten haben die Ansprechpartner von Varify immer einen guten Tipp, aber auch in der Auswertung und in der Analyse wird man bei komplexeren Szenarien nie alleine gelassen. Weiter so!

What did you not like?

Das Dashbaord könnte noch etwas übersichtlicher sein. Ansonsten fällt mir aber nichts negatives ein. Generell gefällt mir bei A/B Testing Tools nicht, dass Testing nach Google Optimize so teuer geworden ist - aber Varify füllt diese entstandene Lücke mit seinen sehr fairen Preisen, bei uns mittlerweile perfekt aus.

A/B Testing bei Kunden ist mit Varify überhaupt kein Problem. Der Editor hilft extrem bei der Umsetzung von einfachen Experimenten. Mein erstes Experiment bei einem neuen Kunden konnte ich in weniger als 5 Minuten aufsetzen. Den größten Vorteil sehe ich in der Einfachheit und in der Geschwindigkeit, Tests zu bauen.

Considering the capacity of marketing and revenue growth teams and what people can realistically accomplish, Varify is the best option out there because it mimicks the old Google Optimize flow quite well and is relatively easy to use. Yes, many people can have know-how of multivariate testing and advanced data modelling, however - in practical day-to-day life of a marketing team, most people would be perfectly fine with at least starting out with Varify.io

What did you not like?

As comparatively easy as the tool is, there is still a gap between what marketers want to do with the tool and what they are able to accomplish. But that could be because of their hectic schedules, goals, and timelines. So helping marketers and CRO specialists with some form of guidance could be helpful.

Am meisten mag ich an der Software, dass sie sogar für Einsteiger komplett intuitiv zu benutzen ist. Im Gegensatz zu anderen A/B Testing Plattformen muss ich mich nicht mit einem komplexen Setup Prozess auseinandersetzen. Aber auch der Support von Varify.io ist überragend. Sowas kenne ich sonst von keiner anderen Software - meistens habe ich schon nach 30 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten.

What did you not like?

Ich hätte gerne noch eine Integration mit Mixpanel. Die fehlt mir aktuell, da ich diese gerne bei einem Kunden einsetzen würde. Soll aber wohl bald kommen... - Ansonsten fällt mir nicht so viel ein. Wenn etwas fehlt, dann wird es auch entwickelt.

Wir setzen für unsere Kunden A/B Tests auf und mit Varify.io geht das im Handumdrehen. Besonders überzeugt mich, dass Varify.io automatisch mit Google Analytics 4 synchronisiert wird. So sehe ich die Daten in Varify - kann aber in Analytics tiefer in die Segmente eintauchen. So gibt es auch keine Diskrepanzen zwischen GA4 und den Testing Tool Daten.

Mir gefällt es am besten, dass ich nicht wie bei anderen Tools sehr mühsam meine Goals erst anlegen muss. Mit der GA4 Direktintegration kann ich ganz einfach meine Metriken aus GA4 importieren. A/B Testing war noch nie so einfach wie mit Varify

Aktuell fehlt mir der MBA Bandit Algorithmus um automatisch während eines Tests mehr Traffic auf die Varianten zu verteilen.

Es ist so schön, wenn man den Kunden einfach mit starken Testhypothesen einfach beweisen kann, dass die vorgeschlagene Änderung auch wirklich einen Mehrwert bietet und dass das nicht alles nur Theorie und Bauchgefühl ist.

What did you not like?

There is a little bit of a learning curve with code, but once you get the hang of it, it's very simple to use. They have a lot of helpful user guides and customer service are fast/helpful!

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Makes reporting much faster/more granular without a huge price tag. No counting or worrying about going over session volumes in any given month. Allows more flexibility/speed in testing.

What did you like?

The set up of Varify is very easy and the A/B testing tool has unlimited traffic for testing. In addition, they have fast customer service and great integration with GA4

What did you not like?

Besides everything that is good at Varify, there is only one thing that I miss. In the analysis via the dashboarding I cannot see any significance of the test. Fortunately, they will implement this in August ;)

What did you like?

Es gab eine 30 tägige Testversion mit der man alle Funktionen testen kann. Falls Probleme Auftreten oder Fragen entstehen, sind jederzeit Mitarbeiter von Varify.io erreichbar. Der Preis für dieses Tool ist unschlagbar. Die Anbindung des Tools war auch einfach, da es für jeden Schritt einen bildliche Anleitung gibt. Außerdem lassen sich die A/B-Test über GA4 und über Varify.io für verschiedene KPI's auswerten.

What did you not like?

Man benötigt für die Anlage der A/B-Tests schon ein gewisses technisches Know-How, was man aber haben sollte, wenn man sich an A/B-Tests heranwagt.

Das beste ist, dass man so viele Tests machen kann, wie man will, und das ohne extra Kosten. Für 99 € im Monat kann man unendlich viel rumexperimentieren, das ist echt mal was anders. Dadurch kann man sich A/B Testing endlich leisten.​

Bis jetzt alles top, aber mehr Möglichkeiten, Berichte und Analysen anzupassen, wären echt nicht schlecht.

Was ich richtig cool finde an Varify.io ist, wie einfach alles geht. Man kann ohne große Vorkenntnisse schnell A/B-Tests und eigene Seiten aufbauen. Der visuelle Editor ist der Hammer, da knall ich meine Ideen direkt rein und zack, fertig

Ehrlich gesagt, wär's schon nett, wenn's mehr Integrationsmöglichkeiten gäbe. Is schon gut so, wie es ist, aber mehr wär besser. Aber der Support meinte ja schon, dass es bald noch mehr Integrationen gibt.

What did you like?

Their customer service in incredible. I wrote them asking for support and after 1h they replied sending me a custom script to fix my issue. Moreover, the possibility to run as many tests as you like without being binded to a specific pricing makes Varify much more valuable that its competitors.

What did you not like?

The tool still needs some UX refinements to make the experience of creating and managing tests easier. For example, you can't filter by the status of a test. It would be also nice to have the chance to set any custom event you have in GA4 as an conversion goal.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Easy to install and use A/B testing tool. Best value/price ratio on the market at the moment.

Im Vergleich zu anderen ein günstiges Tool, welches tolle Möglichkeiten im A/B Testing bietet. Gerade für kleiner Unternehmen rechnen sich die großen Player nicht. Der Support ist immer sehr schnell und gibt gute Tipps. In den letzten Monaten sind viele neue Features hinzugekommen, die das Tool immer besser werden lassen.

Wenn ich etwas kritisieren muss: der Dokumentationsbereich ist sehr hilfreich und deckt die meisten Themen ab, aber kann an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch ausgebaut werden.

Einfache Einbindung und somit schneller Start, DSGVO-konform, intuitive Bedienung, simple Analyse, freundlicher und schneller Support! Zudem haben wir einen individuellen Workshop für einen reibungslosen Start gebucht. Dieser war sehr aufschlussreich und hat uns sehr weitergebracht.

What did you not like?

Wir arbeiten erst seit ein paar Monaten mit dem Tool, da ist noch nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Lediglich die Übersichtsseite der Tests könnte etwas besser strukturiert sein. Hier werden nur wenige Tests auf einer Seite dargestellt, dann muss man "blättern".

Zum einen kann ich einfach A/B-Tests erstellen und auswerten und somit unseren Shop weiterentwickeln. Zum anderen kann ich einzelne Module, Banner oder Bilder in den Shop einfügen, auch wenn es das Shopsystem nicht vorsieht. Stellt man als Zielgruppe dann 100 % ein, sehen es alle Nutzer. Somit kann ich mir für einzelne Aktionen den Entwicklungsaufwand sparen.

Einer der größten Vorteile von Varify ist meiner Meinung nach der Kundenservice. Wir haben zu jedem Zeitpunkt kompetente und schnelle Hilfe erhalten. Natürlich muss ich auch klar herausstellen, dass Varify gefühlt das einzige Tool ist, das nicht ein Vermögen für das AB-Testing verlangt. Die 30-tägige kostenlose Testphase ist auch super, um sich einzugewöhnen und erste Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Außerdem ist das step by step Onboarding super gemacht.

What did you not like?

Die Installation ist nicht super einfach und es gibt aktuell keine Echtzeit-Daten. Testergbenisse kommen erst ca. 24h später in Google Analytics an

Wir konnten durch Varify AB-Testing bei uns im Unternehmen etablieren. Andere Tools wären wahrscheinlich zu teuer gewesen und so hätten wir damit wahrscheinlich gar nicht erst angefangen.

What did you like?

The tool is easy to use (at least for someone with developer background as myself), the price is very reasonable compared to the other tools on the market and the customer service is spectacular. They help with anything from setup to running advanced tests and their customer service are CRO experts themselves.

What did you not like?

I guess if I have to write downsides, the interface is a little less "polished" than the 4x priced ones and if you have zero technical flair it may be a little harder to use. It would be nice to see an overview of all results in one place with significance calculation etc.

Varify was my preferred replacement for Google optimize after it was discontinued.
