What did you like?
Mit Uplink haben wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht und tolle Menschen und Freelancer für unsere Projekte beauftragt. Wir haben einen Ansprechpartner bei Uplink, der uns immer schnell und gute Leute besorgt. Der Rest ist so gemacht, dass man schnell Termine mit Kandidaten machen kann, alle Infos zur Hand hat. Rundum gut.
What did you not like?
Der Fokus liegt auf deutschsprachigen Kandidaten, so hat mir jedenfalls den Eindruck bei uns. Da wir aber international sind, ist die Geschichte für uns begrenzt.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir haben immer wieder kleine Projekte, wo ein Freelancer, viel Sinn macht. Aber den passenden Kandidaten zu finden, ist eine schwierige Sache.
