Sweap Reviews (11)
Sweap offers an intuitive and very clear user interface for event management. The perks include the fast, professional check-in via app as well as the very fast responding customer service. However, there are also drawbacks: the onboarding requires some time, as the range of features initially seems overwhelming. In addition, the high price and limitations in email functionality, such as missing individual attachments and an expandable builder, are problematic. Further weaknesses of Sweap are evident in the limited customization of landing pages and the lack of flexibility when printing badges.
