What did you like?
Superscale removed my dependency on designers and external UGC creators. As a one-person consultancy managing ads for seven different brands, I can now turn an idea into a fully functional ad asset in minutes instead of hours or days, roughly 10x faster creative iteration in my case. The AI-UGC videos perform on par with real creator content, but without the coordination overhead, product seeding, or long feedback loops. I especially value how easy it is to replicate winning ads: tweaking hooks, swapping characters, or adapting scripts for different languages and markets takes just a few clicks. On top of that, the competitor tool gives me a structured way to expand my creative mix with new formats and angles. The measurable impact for me: around 50% lower CPL and roughly 95% lower UGC production costs.
What did you not like?
The AI-UGC avatars require some practice and a good feel for voice selection before they come across as truly authentic. Not every voice matches every character or script naturally, so in the beginning you'll spend some time testing combinations until you develop an intuition for what works. Once you've been through that learning curve, it's no longer an issue, but new users should plan for a short experimentation phase.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
As a solo consultant running paid social for multiple brands, my biggest bottleneck was creative production: I had no in-house design resources, and briefing freelancers or UGC creators for every test iteration was slow and expensive. Superscale solves exactly that: it lets me produce and iterate ad creatives at the speed my media buying actually requires. When an ad starts fatiguing, I can react the same day with fresh variations instead of waiting on external production. This has allowed me to run structured creative testing across all my accounts, keep performance stable over time, and take on more clients without adding headcount.

What did you like?
What I like best is how useful and versatile the platform is. It helps us generate high-quality static creatives, research competitors, and develop content ideas more efficiently—all in one place.
What did you not like?
Not every generated creative is ideal, and some require further adjustments. However, it is still the best content-generation platform we have come across.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It helps generate lots of creatives, and not expensive

The tool learns about your product and services very thoroughly. It does a good job in replicating the best performing asset of your brand and maintaining the brand language. I have been using for static for ads channels and it auto generates posts for all the sizes according to the ads channel which is really useful.Understands natural language well.
What did you not like?
Equal number of credits are consumed for both creating an asset and also for editing an asset. Thus, your credits get easily consumed.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I am able to rapidly test my ad creative assets with superscale and It helps me generate multiple formats and sizes of one asset quickly.

What did you like?
I've tested out a lot of different AI platforms as a senior creative strategist and Super Scale is the most goated of them all. The amount of work that it can do all within one platform is what's most impressive. Research, Competitor Analysis, Statics. Videos. Before I was jumping between platforms, and now I spend more then 50% of my week in Super Scale. 10/10 recommend to any creative/marketer.
What did you not like?
The video gen isn't the strongest yet and will sometimes pick up and execute before I want it to (therefore eating some of my credits)
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Before I was jumping between platforms, and now I spend more then 50% of my week in Super Scale. It's slimming down the process of having to use multiple different interfaces at once.

What did you like?
The simplicity of the ads creation saves hundreds of hours. With their simple multiple templates made off of one creative for all Meta ad styles is impressive and a sure time saver.
What did you not like?
If you're on the fence about anything to dislike about Superscale AI, is that using up the credits are super easy and way too much fun. I'd suggest anyone wanting to tip their toe in the water, start with the $99 package. That way you can take a serious enough plunge and at the same time integrate with Meta seamlessly.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
The biggest benefit of using Superscale is the simple ad creation. Whether it be simple text overlays or entire image creation, this saves me time and a whole lot of money. The visual results can be altered in just seconds.

What did you like?
Makes it very fast to create lots of ad concepts and variations. The workflow is simple, the outputs are often immediately usable, and it saves a huge amount of manual design time.
What did you not like?
The main downside is cost at scale. Credits disappear quickly when producing lots of variations but if you take into account the time saved it can be a good tool for your team
Which problems are you solving with the product?
produce and test a much higher volume of advertising creatives without relying on a designer for every variation.

What did you like?
Superscale AI's brand context feature saves real time. You feed it info and competitor ads, and it builds a solid creative strategy before you start producing. It creates a variety of styles of ads quickly which is great.
What did you not like?
The video generation is less reliable than static ads, but still pretty good. Ran into a few generation issues, but they were all fixed somewhat quickly by just telling the chat what was wrong
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We use Superscale AI to generate ad creatives for our agency's home service clients. Generating static ads from scratch was really slow and inconsistent, and now with Superscale everything is a lot quicker. We also use Superscale to generate static ad concepts
