Jede spezifische Anforderung und jeder Sonderwunsch von Partnern wird vom Skysnag-Team extrem schnell und direkt in die Plattform integriert.Die saubere Authentifizierung sorgt für ein exzellentes Absender-Ansehen bei Google, Microsoft und Yahoo.Die Einrichtung dauert nur wenige Minuten und spart Administratoren wöchentlich mehrere Stunden Routinearbeit.

What did you not like?

Wir als Partner sehen kein Nachteil. Ich habe keine negative Erfahrungen. Ich würde gerne BIMI verkaufen, aber das ist etwas preisintensiver

What did you like?

We really appreciate how Skysnag ensures our emails are delivered reliably while protecting our brand from impersonation attacks. The platform goes beyond DMARC, SPF, and DKIM by also enforcing MTA-STS and TLS-RPT, giving us comprehensive email security that aligns with BSI requirements. Achieving BIMI with the verified blue checkmark for email added a visible security seal that helps our brand stand out in inboxes. The platform is easy to use, and expert support has been consistently fast, responsive, and knowledgeable, making both onboarding and ongoing management seamless.

What did you not like?

There’s nothing we didn’t like. Skysnag has met and exceeded all our needs, and support has been excellent.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Skysnag solved the challenge of ensuring that our emails are sent securely and reach recipients reliably. It provides full visibility into all sending sources, automates DMARC enforcement, and adds protections with MTA-STS and TLS-RPT, significantly reducing the risk of impersonation and phishing attacks. The platform also helps us align with BSI standards, ensuring compliance and best practices for email security. Implementing Skysnag Certify for BIMI verification strengthened our brand recognition in inboxes and the activation process was seamless and fast. Overall, Skysnag has improved email security, deliverability, and confidence across the organization.

What did you like?

Die Betreuung ist sehr gut. Bei der sauberen Erstkonfiguration von DMARC, SPIF, DKIM und BIMI wurde ich sehr gut unterstützt. Seither funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

What did you not like?

Die Lösung ist für uns recht kostenintensiv. Die Preise sind nicht transparent auf der Website von Skysnag.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Wir haben nun eine saubere DNS Konfiguration. Seit Nutzung gab es keine Berichte mehr von Mitarbeitern, dass Empfänger nicht unsere Mails erhalten haben oder unsere Mails als SPAM markiert wurden.
