Die erste Software, die wir gefunden haben, die mit Sicherheitsgruppen für Shared Mailboxen funktioniert. Somit haben wir eine Software, mit der man Shared Mailboxen über Sicherheitsgruppen in Microsoft Outlook einbinden kann. Dies ermöglicht entweder Automapping oder Accountmapping. Accountmapping ist die Möglichkeit, die Shared Mailbox als vollwertigen Account in Microsoft Outlook (Classic oder New) ohne administrativen Aufwand und ohne manuelles Zutun sichtbar zu machen. Mit Accountmapping können wir endlich alle Microsoft Outlook Features wie Desktop Notifizierung und erweiterte Suche verwenden. Schnelle und einfache Installation. Wir sparen uns unheimlich viel Zeit mit SharedConX.

What did you not like?

Wir wurden ab der Testinstallation gut betreut und haben uns sehr schnell zurecht gefunden. Es gibt nichts, was mir an SharedConX nicht gefällt. Die Software ist perfekt so wie sie ist und macht genau das, was sie soll.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Wir reduzieren den hohen Aufwand der manuellen Berechtigungsvergabe für IT und Mitarbeitende in Microsoft Exchange. Kosten und Zeitaufwand für die Berechtigungsverwaltung von Shared Mailboxen konnte massiv verringert werden. Verwaiste und falsch zugeordnete Shared Mailboxen werden jetzt zuverlässig entfernt.
