The 'Social Triggers' are exactly what we needed plus what we’ve been looking for. We’ve built an automation for our upcoming campaign where a simple 'YES' comment triggers a personalised DM and a public reply. To build complex lead generation funnels in a few clicks, instead of managing them manually as we did… is going to save our team dozens of hours a week or not months of time and work. It turns social media from a 'broadcast' tool into a genuine lead-generation engine.

Since we are still in the setup & testing phase, we haven't encountered any major roadblocks. Like any powerful automation tool, it takes a moment to ensure your logic/triggers are perfectly aligned with your brand voice, but the interface makes this very intuitive. And if we have any issues, they are in the works, or support can rectify them.

Was mir an repliant.ai am besten gefällt, ist die unglaubliche Effizienz und die einfache Verknüpfung aller wichtigen Kanäle. Egal ob Meta, Instagram oder andere Plattformen – man kann alles super schnell und unkompliziert miteinander verbinden und behält so eine zentrale Übersicht. Nichts geht verloren und man muss nicht mehr ständig zwischen verschiedenen Portalen hin- und herspringen.
Besonders beeindruckend finde ich die KI-gestützten Antwortvorschläge: Sie werden extrem schnell generiert, sind qualitativ hochwertig und sparen enorm viel Zeit. Außerdem lernt die Plattform mit, was die Ergebnisse stetig verbessert.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt sind die Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten. Es ist wirklich praktisch, dass man in einer einzigen Plattform alle relevanten Aufgaben bündeln und effizient bearbeiten kann.

Die Preisstruktur könnte flexibler sein. Ich habe zum Beispiel zwei Marken, aber nicht immer viele Kommentare – nur zu Stoßzeiten, wenn mal ein Reel viral geht. Aktuell unterstützt der Basisplan jedoch nur eine Marke. Ich fände es viel besser, wenn das Preismodell stärker nutzungsbasiert wäre, z. B. über Credits, die man für DMs, Kommentare oder verschiedene Marken einsetzen kann. So hätte man mehr Flexibilität und könnte die Plattform noch effizienter nutzen.

Das ist besonders wichtig für meine Werbeanzeigen, weil dadurch die Ad-Performance nicht leidet. Ganz im Gegenteil: Durch die schnelle Reaktion steigt das Engagement, was wiederum die Performance der Ads verbessert.

Mehrere Standorte bei Google hinzuzufügen ist noch in Arbeit und wird für uns sehr wichtig werden.

Auch die Instagram-Like-Funktion fehlt, aber das liegt an den API-Beschränkungen von Meta und nicht an dem Tool selbst.
Ansonsten funktioniert alles reibungslos, und die Zeitersparnis überwiegt bei weitem!

Am Besten finde ich, dass man durch die Automatisierungen alle irrelevanten Kommentare automatisch verwalten kann und schlussendlich nur mehr die Kommentare überbleiben, um die man sich auch wirklich kümmern muss. Durch die 3 Vorschläge pro Kommentar geht dann auch das innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. So können wir unser Kommentar-Volumen von ca. 200 Kommentaren pro Tag echt effizient bearbeiten.

Momentan gibt es nur Meta und TikTok als Plattformen - hier würde ich mir noch mehr Anbindungen wünschen, damit auch wirklich ALLE Kommentare in einer Plattform verwaltet werden können.

Because of the complex business my client has. They get allot of compalints and bad reviews in their feed. I was able to be on top of this and reply inmediatly. The auto-replies where right on spot and helped me stay up to date with the replies. This was key to handeling complaints and improving customer service.

Once I dismissed a comment I had to open the list of dismissed messages to be able to send a message to a customer.

What did you like?
It has connection with all mayor platforms, and helps me respond to messages in automatic, very easily. I have tried many other platforms, and nothing like this one. Easy to set up, easy to use... and just amazing.
What did you not like?
There are no downsides of using this app, loved it and will keep using it from now on. I have not found anything to say against it, just perfect. Thanks a lot for this amazing software.

It removes hours of online work responding to my potencial clients. I launched a webinar last month, and had 1960 people signed up, all responded by replient. I used to respond comments on my own, and it was a pain in the but, now the system does it for me.

What did you like?
It is really helpful to have all of the messaging and commenting on socials come in through the platform. I find that by focusing on meaningful responses to my posts here, I stay focused and on task vs. when in the native platforms where distractions have a way of diverting my attention.
What did you not like?
I do a fair amount of marketing with my personal profile, so not having DMs on my personal account show up here, means that I have to go to the messenger platform to respond.

Replient is an amazing place to collate all comments in one place, and with the help of AI it is so easy and simple to reply them all. I love it. I still have not devoted enough time to learn the full capability of Replient.ai but i really need to as my channels grow bigger and bigger.
What did you not like?
Nothing that i can think off. its a very clean and easy to use platform and you can get it up and running fairly quickly without reading any instructions.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It is so painful to keep track of comments on various social networks. Replient makes it easy to have it all in one place. The use of AI really helps to manage and reply. I still have more to learn, but this feature alone saves so much time, especially with Tiktok.
What did you like?
Keeping up with social media comments and messages. I use Replient to watch these user interactions, and I use it to reply.
What did you not like?
I would like to have more control over automated responses. The current system seems to limit how much control I have over responses.

I use a program to post content to multiple social channels. Replient makes it possible for me to keep up with interactions with my content.

Am coolsten finde ich persönlich die Automatisierungen, die man aufsetzen kann. Wir schalten für unsere Online Kurse vor allem Meta und LinkedIn Ads und bekommen dort auch viele Kommentare. Wir haben Automatisierungen, um nonsense Kommentare automatisch zu verbergen und Kommentare, die Fragen beinhalten werden noch händisch abgeschickt. Aber nahezu jeder Vorschlag der KI passt zu 100%.
What did you not like?
Momentan gibt es noch kein LinkedIn - laut Support sollte aber auch das in 1-2 Wochen funktionieren. Das wird für uns nochmal ein gamechanger.

Wir hatten mit Spam-Kommentaren bei unseren Künstlern (vor allem auf Facebook) zu kämpfen. Replient schafft es fast alle Spam Kommentare zu erkennen und die Fanbase der Künstler durch Ausblenden zu schützen. Echt unschlagbar

Manchmal passen die Vorschläge nicht 100% zum Künstler - aber man merkt wirklich wie es von Woche zu Woche besser wird. Manchmal muss man 1-2 Wörter einfach austauschen bei den Vorschlägen.

Spam Kommentare auf Facebook ausblenden. In unserem Fall sind es häufig Fake Profile, die versuchen die echten Fans in Kommunikationen zu verwickeln ("Schreib mir eine DM")

Als Social Media Managerin bin ich ständig auf der Suche nach Tools, die meinen Arbeitsalltag erleichtern. Vor Kurzem bin ich auf replient.ai gestoßen, und ich muss sagen, es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.
Ich nutze es, um automatisch auf Kommentare zu reagieren und gezielt DMs zu verschicken, wenn jemand bestimmte Keywords nutzt. Zum Beispiel: Kommentiert jemand „Wie viel kostet das?“, bekommt die Person direkt eine persönliche Nachricht mit allen Infos. Das spart nicht nur Zeit, sondern sorgt auch für schnelle, authentische Interaktionen mit der Community – ganz ohne stundenlanges manuelles Antworten. Die KI passt die Antworten an meinen Stil an, sodass es sich immer natürlich anfühlt.

Ich vermisse derzeit noch LinkedIn als Plattform - jedoch soll das bald integriert werden :)

die einfache und intuitive Benutzeroberfläche, alle Kommentare auf einem Platz, ich kann organisiert und ordentlich arbeiten, habe immer einen Überblick und fühle mich nicht wie z.B. in der Meta Business Suite überfordert.

Die Automatisierungen wurden derzeit immer sofort ausgelöst. Was aber unrealistisch ist, dass man innerhalb weniger sekunden zurück schreibt. Das wurde aber bereits im Update verbessert :)

Ich verwende replient.ai für den Kundensupport. Ich bin seit 3 Jahren in dieser Funktion und manchmal fehlt einem echt die Kreativität bzw. die gute Laune, nett und freundlich auf Kundenkommentare zu antworten. Mit replient.ai kann ich mir nun aus 3 Antworten etwas aussuchen, die noch dazu immer freundlich sind :) Klarer Vorteil: immer freundliche und passende Antworten!
